During the installation, the technician, Bill, asked me to turn off the hot water at the water heater because, according to him, he could not shut off the water at the valve under the sink. What was not explained to me was that the valve had apparently broken while he was attempting to shut it off. Additionally, the new power cord for the new dishwasher was also not used. I expect an installation technician to clearly communicate any problems, damage, or special instructions involving a new appliance. Unfortunately, that did not happen in my case. The lack of communication left me with additional unnecessary costs. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.

When I called to schedule, I was given a time window to expect arrival which was 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, told that I would receive a call from their repair technician with exact arrival time.
