Sean scheduled a next day appointment for me and he arrived on the early side of the 2 hour window he gave me. He explained why the old ovens broke and even showed us how to fix and sell the unit rather than having it hauled to a landfill. He took time to explain everything and had an install kit for me. I didn't order the right one - or the long cord - and mine didn't come with some of the parts. Three weeks later, same issue, not freezing. I called another repair business and they took the time to investigate what the issue was. The defrost was not working. I got stuck with Bill the Appliance Guy through my home warranty company…read more I am very disappointed with the dishwasher installation service I received from this company. During the installation, the technician, Bill, asked me to turn off the hot water at the water heater because, according to him, he could not shut off the water at the valve under the sink. What was not explained to me was that the valve had apparently broken while he was attempting to shut it off. Additionally, the new power cord for the new dishwasher was also not used. I expect an installation technician to clearly communicate any problems, damage, or special instructions involving a new appliance. Unfortunately, that did not happen in my case. The lack of communication left me with additional unnecessary costs. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.
