A week ago I had a new toilet installed in my bathroom. After the plumbers left, I noticed a leak…read morecoming from the toilet. I did not call the plumbers who installed the toilet, I called Michael to fix the leak. He came out and discovered the seal between the toilet tank and the toilet bowl was not secured properly and leaking. Michael tightened the bolts and fixed the leak. He went over the install and checked to see if there were other problems. He found a couple and recommended some repairs but since it was a Saturday and repairs were not urgent, I decided to wait on the fixes. I found Michael to be very professional explaining what he was doing and what needed to be done. It was quite a different experience from the plumbers who installed the toilet and who were in a hurry to finish the job and move on. I highly recommend Michael for all plumbing needs and by the way his rates are very reasonable. If you want your plumbing job done correctly, call My Guy Plumbing. ProMax Mechanical is an outstanding resource for any size hydronic floor heating system. I have…read morebeen in the design and construction industry for over 35 years and can report that their quality, attention to detail, and hands-on commitment to perfection is unequaled. The business is operated by two brothers who are both hands-on in the design and installation of all systems. They recently completed an 8,000sf house with 2,000sf garage and 2,000sf heated driveway apron for me. The system was a multi-manifold, multi-valve modulated condensing boiler system that required a very high level of expertise for installation. Kyle Smith personally completed the majority of the install, and every aspect of his work was completed to perfection. My copper piping work is so perfect that other subcontractors often photograph it!! I give them my very highest recommendation and assure that you can trust them with any project, large or small, simple or complex. Thanks Kyle and Ryan!!

I have used aqua plumbing multiple times in the past 9 years with good customer service until now…read more They installed a brand new well pressure tank with an admittedly faulty part. When the part failed, I was charged $354.00 to replace the part that was faulty. I asked for an adjustment and there was none given. I'm very disappointed and will not be using them in the future. Although the part was a factory defective part, I feel that there should have been a significant discount for replacing it since the original work was expensive as well.

I can't say enough good things about working with Case Plumbing…read more Tyler and team helped me build out a commercial kitchen in a 130-year-old space with uneven floors and exposed brick walls which came with a lot of complexity and very specific, nuanced requirements. From start to finish they gave thoughtful consideration to how the kitchen would function day-to-day, while also caring just as much about how everything would look in the finished space. The work was exceptionally clean, the copper lines are genuinely stunning, and the overall execution is both highly functional and beautifully done. Bonus points: they were also incredibly conscientious of the surrounding space and took care to protect existing finishes like floors and paint throughout the process, which did not go unnoticed. Bonus bonus points: Communication was consistent, clear, and professional, which made a complicated project feel manageable. It's rare to find a contractor who delivers this level of craftsmanship while also being such a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Case Plumbing without hesitation and am incredibly grateful to have had them on this project.
