Michael and his apprentice Kyler were great to work with. At the time of the estimate Michael made a recommendation for the shower trim kit I needed. After researching I went with that. Michael replace the old round knob style faucet with the new Moen lever style, put in a new cartridge and a new tub spout, making it so much easier for my small hands to turn the shower on. Michael and Kyler also replaced all the parts in the toilet tank, repaired something at the bottom so the rubber gasket flap would work properly, and installed the new toilet seat I bought. Michael also installed the utility access panel I purchased to cover up the hole in the drywall under the bathroom sink where the main water shutoff is located. Lastly, Michael showed me a foolproof method for caulking. Michael and Kyler are professional, pleasant and do quality work and at a great price. I'm so very happy I called My Guy Plumbing! He arrived on time, Explained how he was remedying our problems and how much to expect to pay. He did not charge us for the time to get the supplies he would need for the jobs we requested. We even added jobs to his original list. He replaced a disposal and faucet in the kitchen, cleaned out drains and replaced the horrid faucets in the bathtubs. We really appreciated how he gave us choices for fixing the problem of the sticky faucets without changing out the whole system. Great innovative and "can do" attitude! Contacted Mike after waiting for the original plumber we called to cal back (never heard from him) . My daughter told us about My Guy had plumbed their bathroom. Mike told us he would be in Spokane on the 10th of March and that he could do a laundry room sink install in the afternoon. We sent him pictures of the old sink and the plumbing set up. He arrived as promised with all material in hand and within 4 hours he and his apprentice completed the job. The completed project was far better than we had ever hoped for. Michael was only 1 of 2 plumbers that even returned my call out of the 15 that I contacted. Out of those 2 plumbers the other one never followed through on his service call. We required the expertise of a plumber when a house we were buying flagged a few plumbing issues during the inspection. Michael arrived on time which was appreciated and did a very thorough inspection which found a few things our initial inspection did not turn up. Wanted to ensure the proper parts on the truck and even had an extra guy to help expedite our service. They were clean and efficient, wearing booties in the house, cleaned up ager themselves. We had Mike move a shower drain in the concrete floor, set our pan, move supply lines and plumb for our new vanity for our basement bath reno. Work was done promptly and at a reasonable price. We did end up with a loose crimp on a cold water supply line which caused some water damage but Mike showed up within 20 minutes to repair the line and stood by his work with his wallet after we came to a mutual agreement on remedying the issue. read more
