Michael and his apprentice Kyler were great to work with. At the time of the estimate Michael made a recommendation for the shower trim kit I needed. After researching I went with that. Michael replace the old round knob style faucet with the new Moen lever style, put in a new cartridge and a new tub spout, making it so much easier for my small hands to turn the shower on. Michael and Kyler also replaced all the parts in the toilet tank, repaired something at the bottom so the rubber gasket flap would work properly, and installed the new toilet seat I bought. Michael also installed the utility access panel I purchased to cover up the hole in the drywall under the bathroom sink where the main water shutoff is located. Lastly, Michael showed me a foolproof method for caulking. Michael and Kyler are professional, pleasant and do quality work and at a great price. I'm so very happy I called My Guy Plumbing! Thank you Michael and Kyler. read more

I don't usually review businesses unless they are exceptional. Michael's exceptional service rates a 5 star review. He arrived on time, Explained how he was remedying our problems and how much to expect to pay. He did not charge us for the time to get the supplies he would need for the jobs we requested. We even added jobs to his original list. He replaced a disposal and faucet in the kitchen, cleaned out drains and replaced the horrid faucets in the bathtubs. We really appreciated how he gave us choices for fixing the problem of the sticky faucets without changing out the whole system. Great innovative and "can do" attitude! Thanks Michael and Kyler for a great home improvement experience. These guys even wore carpet protectors on their feet and cleaned their workspace with alcohol. SoooGreat read more

Michael Reeves (owner of MY Guy Plumbing and Service) is the consummate tradesman ... I hired him to furnish and install a new water heater in my home and I could not be more pleased with the quality of his work. He is very personable and informative concerning his work. When he finished the installation he meticulously cleaned the work site and made sure that I was totally informed as to the features and workings of the new heater and the recommended homeowner maintenance procedures to extend the service life of the equipment. Mike's labor rates are reasonable, his work is of the highest quality and is accomplished in a timely and efficient manner. I highly recommend My Guy Plumbing for any plumbing project you may be planning - you will not be disappointed. read more

Contacted Mike after waiting for the original plumber we called to cal back (never heard from him) . My daughter told us about My Guy had plumbed their bathroom. Mike told us he would be in Spokane on the 10th of March and that he could do a laundry room sink install in the afternoon. We sent him pictures of the old sink and the plumbing set up. He arrived as promised with all material in hand and within 4 hours he and his apprentice completed the job. The completed project was far better than we had ever hoped for. They did a total cleanup and removed the old concrete sink and did it all at a reasonable price. We would not hesitate to recommend Mike for any plumbing job. read more

Michael was only 1 of 2 plumbers that even returned my call out of the 15 that I contacted. Out of those 2 plumbers the other one never followed through on his service call. We required the expertise of a plumber when a house we were buying flagged a few plumbing issues during the inspection. Michael arrived on time which was appreciated and did a very thorough inspection which found a few things our initial inspection did not turn up. His professionalism, knowledge and fair pricing guarantee that we will be returning to him with future business, hopefully in just couple of weeks after we close on our home. I will update this review after Michael completes his work for us! read more

As a service provider, Michael has gone above and beyond anyone else's above and beyond. I reached out on the weekend expecting to hear back Monday. Wonderfully, I received a call from him Saturday afternoon! He asked about my problem and then walked me through how I could fix it MYSELF so I wouldn't have to pay a plumber to come out. It was an easy fix, which I never would have known had it not been for his kindness and wanting to do right by others. That's a good businessman right there. Someone else could have easily charged me for a full visit, just to click a button. My Guy Plumbing will now be the only people I call when I have something go awry at home. Thank you! read more

I've tried several plumbers over the years and have always been somewhat disappointed because of short-cuts taken, low knowledge, cheap replacement parts or personality quirks. Now that I have found My-Guy Plumbing I wont use anyone else. Michael has solved several problems for us that others never even diagnosed. He always uses quality parts and does the job correctly without taking risky short-cuts. His knowledge on all things plumbing is truly impressive and he is friendly and respectful. Perhaps most importantly, his work ethic and integrity is unquestionable. Do yourself a favor, make My Guy Plumbing your plumbing solution. read more

I typically don't post up business reviews but I'm very moved to do so in this case. I'm fairly new to the area and needed an experienced finish/ rough-in plumber. I rolled the dice on My Guy Plumbing and was not disappointed. In fact, I kind of hit the lottery. Micheal has been the most professional tradesman I've ever encountered and also has become a very good friend. He's humble, professional, likes his trade and takes pride in his work. If you want changes/ recommendations he's full of ideas to fit your budget and wants his customer happy. Couldn't ask for a better tradesman and good friend! Thank you Micheal!! read more

Very helpful. Free estimate. Had us text pictures so he be as prepared as possible when he arrived. Wanted to ensure the proper parts on the truck and even had an extra guy to help expedite our service. They were clean and efficient, wearing booties in the house, cleaned up ager themselves. The repair looks brand new, even comes with 1 year guarantee. We are very satisfied at the quality of their work and how quickly they were able to respond and repair our leak. read more

We had Mike move a shower drain in the concrete floor, set our pan, move supply lines and plumb for our new vanity for our basement bath reno. Work was done promptly and at a reasonable price. We did end up with a loose crimp on a cold water supply line which caused some water damage but Mike showed up within 20 minutes to repair the line and stood by his work with his wallet after we came to a mutual agreement on remedying the issue. read more
