NOT RELIABLE We're…read moreunder a dept of ecology program. Our well water is not safe. A contract was made between the state of Washington Ecology Department and Culligan for safe water delivery. They have failed to make a scheduled delivery for 3 weeks . After having called to question 'why' We were told to expect a delivery on December 19th. We had 6 empty bottles on our porch for exchange. When there again was a no show, I called the office. The driver had reported he had been at our place early that morning and claimed there were no bottles out for exchange. . Either the driver lied, or he did not get out of his truck to look. The company refuses to fix the error. We have no water bottles left. THANKS, CULLIGAN MAN
