On the day and time of the scheduled repair, no one showed up. I waited a half hour, called, and was told she (Jenna) had forgotten to put us on the schedule and offered to re-schedule us next week. When I requested an appointment later the same day, Jenna then transitioned to the weather and road conditions. She made it clear that they had no interest in honoring our appointment. I do not feel the weather was an impediment to this repair job. Regardless, she did not offer to rectify her mistake in a manner that was appropriate to us, the customer. I expressed my frustration with her lack of understanding the inconvenience that Peck Plumbing caused us.
