A professional woman answered and gave me hourly quotes for the lines they service and told me I'd have someone by midday. Within 2hrs Chris appeared. He fixed my problem. He saw another issue I may want to address and gave me the option of doing it myself or him doing it with a cost in the same breath. I really respected the upfront pricing. He managed to complete all of the work in an hour. I was provided updates, answers to my questions and a summary at the end before paying. I plan get root maintenance set up with them as soon as possible and would recommend this company. Because Covid: Chris arrived with a mask on properly and in fresh disposable gloves. He changed his gloves after working and before handling my payment. He cleaned my card and the pen before and after we each held them.

We've had Mainstream out three times over the last few years ( after the techician spent a good amount of time looking for ways to upcharge us. They arrived on time and finished quickly, checked to make sure the dishwasher worked with no leaks and on their way. I would use again.

We had a unit colder than a diss track--no hot water, tenants lookin' stressed, vibes all bad. My man took one look at the situation and said, "Say less." No cap, he went straight to work. No duckin', no weavin', just straight bars and pipe wizardry. Before long, the water heater was back droppin' heat harder than a summer block party. Taylor got that real get-it-done energy. Dude treats plumbing problems like rap battles--he shows up, handles the competition, and leaves with the W. His confidence is smoother than a G-funk bass line, and his work is tighter than a freshly laid beat. If plumbers had mixtapes, I'd be bumpin' "Hot Water Chronicles Vol. 1" all summer long. Much love to Taylor for keeping the hot water flowing and the residents from taking ice-bucket showers. Homie earned every one of these five stars. Straight fire. Would book again.

Michael provided us with a full home inspection to give us peace of mind that all of our fixtures were working properly and in safe condition for the upcoming winter months. He helped provide us with reasonable pricing for replumbing our master bathroom shower and replacing 2 older toilets. While we didn't do the projects right away, we were able to call and request Michael for service as soon as we were ready to complete them. He had the shower plumbing completed within an hour and he replaced both toilets at what seemed like lightning speed with zero mess! Not to mention, he was extremely personable and made us feel confident that he was the guy to the job. I would absolutely recommend these guys for all your plumbing and septic needs! They're trustworthy and honest, something alot of other companies have a hard time competing with. Thank you Rooter Guys!

My mom unexpectedly had to move in with me and is terminally ill. The home isn't vented properly and the gas stove/oven was causing air quality issues for her. $300 to cap off a kitchen gas line. Literally pulled out range, capped it, pushed it back. It took less than 10 minutes. It was initially higher but I got a "previous" customer discount of $50. I had to get it capped for an appliance change & before it was delivered. Now that other places are responding (after the work is complete and paid for - I paid $150 - $200 more than I should have). They have it listed as base cost for repair. It wasn't a repair. Ouch! If I weren't in a hurry to provide better indoor quality air to my mom by switching out the range- I would have waited to have more quotes. I definitely would have picked someone else so money was more directed to taking care of my terminally ill mom. Lesson learned.

From start to finish I was pleasantly surprised of the great communication, fair price, quality work and fast service I received. He left my bathroom spotless after two messy repairs and I was so impressed. I have not always had good luck with contractors or repair people. More often than not, I have ended up feeling cheated, frustrated and disappointed, But not with Shaw. I believe this is the second fantastic experience I have had with this company. What really made my day was hearing from an employee what a great place Shaw is to work and how much they love their job. Now, you don't hear that every day! That right there is how you run a successful business. I highly recommend Shaw to all my family and Friends. The owner Hank Shaw, is a honest to goodness stand up guy.
