A week ago I had a new toilet installed in my bathroom. After the plumbers left, I noticed a leak…read morecoming from the toilet. I did not call the plumbers who installed the toilet, I called Michael to fix the leak. He came out and discovered the seal between the toilet tank and the toilet bowl was not secured properly and leaking. Michael tightened the bolts and fixed the leak. He went over the install and checked to see if there were other problems. He found a couple and recommended some repairs but since it was a Saturday and repairs were not urgent, I decided to wait on the fixes. I found Michael to be very professional explaining what he was doing and what needed to be done. It was quite a different experience from the plumbers who installed the toilet and who were in a hurry to finish the job and move on. I highly recommend Michael for all plumbing needs and by the way his rates are very reasonable. If you want your plumbing job done correctly, call My Guy Plumbing. I called him back and instantly he says " water heaters are easy cold in, hot out call an electrician. NOW let me get this straight you move a working water heater and now it no longer works and I need an electrician not a plumber???? HOW DID HE KNOW THIS? CAUSE HE PULLED MY WATER HEATER WIRES OUT OF THE WALL AND LEFT !!!!! then he blames it on faulty/ old house lol. DONT USE THIS COMPANY unless you have extra $$$ to fix their fuck - ups. Luckily for us our home owners had to pay for an electrician to come out since they are the ones that hired this idiot. I think you can learn a lot about a company by how they respond to your reviews. if you go on google, you will see how he responded to my review. Its not even logical to blame us!!!! ACCIDENTS HAPPEN wasnt a big deal but to pass your mistakes onto a homeowner is despicable & dishonest!!!!!! They also show up with family members to help do the work that ARE NOT LICENSED.

The other review I gave Glenrose 5 stars, excellent service, excellent price. Thought I had found a new plumbing company to use for future work as well. And I cannot take away from that experience. HOWEVER, several weeks later I call and they come out but a different plumber than the first work done. He quotes me $707 for what should be just a Moen shower faucet cartridge and labor to install. He said entire shower assembly needed to be replaced along with the trim kit in the shower. And his quote included $56 for going into crawl space to turn water off and on again! I called the mgmt/owner and was told she would look at the quote and get back to me the next day via email. She did and basically said "it is what it is", and that this project "...may not be a good fit". What in the world does "this project may not be a good fit" mean? That certainly doesn't exude confidence in the company your trying to do business with. After telling them they lost this business and any future business, I called another company and had the work performed for $165. You do the math and decide who you want to do business with.
