Fast forward to today. I was really struggling with how hard the water is here (my hands were cracking and it isn't winter yet!). Because of limited space at my home to install a water softener/filter system, I found a system that worked well for my space but it would require some routing of pipes, etc. to make things work. Ryan sent Jesse to take care of the job, and Jesse was great, too! It ended up being more work than anticipated and he was great about letting me know everything it would entail. He was also very conscientious and knowledgeable. He was very friendly and patient while we spent the time figuring out the best placement for the system. And he went above and beyond to write down the instructions I'll need to maintain my filter replacements in a year (and even going so far as to label my valves so I can follow the instructions easily, and the labels for the filters so I don't get them mixed up a year from now). I maybe wrong but I do believe my father in law should not have been billed for their mistake and hours spent on their mistake. When asked to speak with Dan regarding the over billing he was unprofessional and refused. Instead he made his worker come collect payment in full. His workers Brian and Jason we absolutely amazing. Thank goodness the owner Dan has them because based on my experience with Dan the owner his unprofessionalism and over billing and lack of concern is appalling.
