It was clogged with calcium that they couldn't fully removed so we decide to go for a new toilet. When they took the old one out the seals in the floor were all rusted out. And the pipe in the floor was a mess so they had to replace that too. And once the toilets were done, they installed bidet attachments for us. They finished up around 2pm. I was so grateful that they were able to get everything done for us in 1 day. Highly recommend!

That was ridiculous, toilets seldom go "bad", it is the fill and dump valves that need to be replaced. I fixed the flapper valve assembly myself for about $12. I hate to say this but it appears that there is something going on in the plumbing repair business where they are charging extremely high prices. You can call a few of them and they will all quote the same ridiculous price for a repair.

In other words, everything I was told to justify a $5,000 job was false. I'll let readers draw their own conclusions about what happened here. What I do know is: get a second opinion before you sign anything with this company, especially if you're being told something needs to be replaced "ASAP." Feels like elder abuse and / or gender discrimination to me.

He got our furnace working - but that didn't last long. I had to have him come back out and he told me that the reason it wasn't working - was because of poor maintenance on our part and told the warranty company we needed to have the ducts cleaned - for an additional fee. Sadly when he was out the first time he indicated we had a decent amount of carbon monoxide in our home. No real explanation of what to do but he didn't check the second time around. He did mention where it looked like the heat exchanger might have at sometime leaked, but no follow up on that. We had to have the unit completely replaced (no longer under our home warranty, so this was out of our pocket) a while ago and TWO separate companies come out to diagnose and they BOTH found several cracks in the exchanger as well as carbon monoxide detected. Super sad that my family and our health, as well as the finances have been affected. When I called to let the office know what had happened, though it's been a while since we've had the unit replaced, Shawna - who was less than concerned about the situation, wasn't very friendly and pretty much gaffed it off, saying that it's been a while since he had been there and anything could have happened in between now and then, but she never asked me when I had to have the unit replaced. Water was backing up from a basement floor drain in my South Hill Spokane home, creating a messy and urgent situation. Technician Brandon arrived and, after I described the recurring problem in detail, tested the drain by running water. He then briefly ran a cable snake only about 2 feet into the drain and stopped. He provided no diagnosis, no explanation for the backup, and admitted he didn't have a camera scope on hand--which likely would have revealed the root cause. After roughly 45 minutes, he left without resolving anything. I was shocked to be billed $462 for this unproductive visit. Hoping for some accountability, I left a message two days later for General Manager Chris, asking him to call me about Brandon's service. It's now January 7, 2026--nearly two months later--and Chris has never bothered to return my call, showing a complete lack of integrity or concern for customer satisfaction. Fortunately, I found a reputable plumbing company in the area. Their general manager and team were responsive, thorough, and fixed the problem permanently. Raptor Rooter's work was inadequate, their follow-through appalling, and their overall integrity horrendous. Save yourself the frustration and money--I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU CHOOSE ANYONE ELSE for work beyond attaching a garden hose.

It appears that 3.00 pm is still considered am by Mainstream. Should have read more independent reviews. Everything cancelled.
