We are faced with using space heaters, fans and a portable AC to find any relief from the cold and heat in the winter and summer, respectively. We contacted Max and he was able to come and help us on short notice. He was able to disconnect the old one and install the new one, which included hardwiring it as there was no outlet. I have an older home and it had some rather decrepit non-functional spigots on the exterior, as well as an old corroded cold water valve under the kitchen sink. Derek was able to replace everything that was damaged as well as install a new shutoff valve near the water meter. During the repairs he was more than willing to educate my about what he was doing and why. Because of the age of the house, most of the repairs required soldering copper pipe, which he did in a very safe manner. Overall he seemed to have considerable plumbing experience.
