Last season Mother Nature did me right and it was the (previous) landscapers who did me wrong! In a desperate attempt to winterize and such we reached out to cornerstone who called us back within a couple hours! These folks were assessing our residential property the next day in order to give us a quote! Obviously, we decided these guys were the ones for us. We had them take care of all our end of season landscaping work and were left impressed. Before long my terrible spine turned worse and I knew lawn care would be unmanageable for me, even with my sweet new lawnmower and more:-( I take great pride in my lawn and to give that up this season all but killed my ego. I knew that if I was going to hand this responsibility off I couldn't do so haphazardly. I needed someone who would take pride in my lawn the way I do... again, cornerstone came through like a champ! This season all my sprinkler work, sprinkler turn on and backflow was either done by cornerstone or subcontracted to be done. Every single week these wonderful folks show up and mow a mean lawn, the edge and weirdest better than me and they have fixed and messed with each sprinkler on my property. I have been advised that although I love the dumb plant by my fountain that it doesn't belong and will tear up my concrete if I don't remove! I will tell you they have been a bit slower than I would like on a couple occasions but as soon as I gave a gentle reminder they were quick to get it done. What I truly appreciate is that when I had to remind them, they were always apologetic and very accepting of fault. I really value that, especially in a company because it seems too often folks like to pass blame to the next person. It is an honest and genuine trait to accept fault and hustle to get stuff done. So very grateful for this company.
