Brett and Jessica and their crew did an excellent job of trimming our way out of control apple orchard. The trees were badly in need of severe trimming. They are on sloped terrain so the job wasn't easy but On Point made it look easy. They brought in a Bobcat to haul the trimmings from the back of our property through our side yard (only about 7' wide) to the front to their trailer so they could haul everything away. Brett gave us a fair price, was here in time and did what he said they could do. The trees look great! We're completely satisfied and highly recommend On Point for your tree service needs. Following the high winds last month we required the expertise of a skilled arborist to remove some trees. I obtained bids from two arborists. Since we had used Brett with On Point Tree Service back in 2022, his was one of the bids we requested (I knew the quality of work and professionalism he had exhibited back then). After conversing with both arborists separately and reviewing their proposed bids, I chose Brett once again. He's honest, personable, sincerely interested in providing quality work at a fair price and is excellent with communicating when he'll be there. They took up as many roots as possible in preparation for the new driveway to be poured the following week They ground the stump and filled the hole and covered it with fresh top soil all at a very affordable price. Tried to schedule a tree trimming for our rental property, I sent photos and received a quote. I told him I was happy with the quote and would love to schedule something. I never heard back. Because I was unable to get ahold of him, I had our tenants to reach out to him to schedule something, he came by the house to check the job and because they told him the owner was needing to be sent the invoice he felt that was too much of a headache to deal with. No job has been done at this point, just a quote. So when my tenants told me he was needing my email I reached out to him with my information to be sent the invoice and hopefully get this officially scheduled. Instead I get a long text message saying how much of a headache this is to deal with and to find someone else lol. I told him I never heard back from him on yelp which is why I asked my tenants to schedule something that worked for them. And he said he chose to ignore my message because I never gave him information to send an invoice to but he never once asked me what info he was needing to move forward with scheduling. In our yelp conversation he never once asked for my email or information to send an invoice to. He just asked questions about the job and gave me a quote. I assumed the next step was scheduling but he chose to ignore my message because he never got the information he needed to send an invoice to because he never asked for it in the first place! I don't see how sending the invoice to my email to be paid is a headache, especially since nothing has even been done at this point. He basically said the job that he quoted me for wasn't worth his time (he set his own price) because he wasn't given an email to send an invoice to for a job that hadn't been scheduled or done at all. I guess because I couldn't read his mind initially he ghosted me, and then because he didn't get an email the moment he asked for it from our renters (before even scheduling the job) he thought we were all being extremely difficult and apparently as a business owner it was too much for him, which is fine, I suppose talking with potential customers and working out details of a job can be difficult. But he was super rude, unprofessional, and not clear with the process at all and for that reason I wouldn't recommend supporting his business. read more

We have a large overgrown Maple in our backyard of the house we just bought that was weighing heavy on the power lines and just an outright eye sore. Brett reached out right away after requesting a bid to have the tree thinned. He was out within a few days with a very reasonable bid and scheduled within a week. He showed up right on time and finished quickly and efficiently. Cleaned everything up like he was never there including raking and leaf blowing.
