We had a tree fall on our house last night around 3am (March 12th). We contacted Atlas and they responded quickly. They assessed the issue and then came to do the removal. There were 3 branches that came through into the house! Thankfully no injuries. They got the tree and the limbs removed and advised of other roof damage. They were so great to work with, and the fast response was so appreciated. They will also come back to review the other trees to make sure there are no further risks. read more

I never used that was tree service so I don't really feel good about commenting about the quality of their work. I will say that I asked for a quote on trim removal and they were as reasonable as the person that I finally chose, but they just did not have the same reviews. Most reasonable price by far, took our giant pine down and hauled it all away. It was in the center of the driveway and I was worried that our driveway would have damage. Just a few scratches which seems unavoidable. They were quick and easy going! read more

I had five large trees in the yard that needed to be removed as well as clean up of a couple of blow downs. Atlas responded quickly with my request for a quote which was very reasonable and significantly below another quote I received. They were here the following week to do the job. They arrived a little before 8:00 a.m. and were finished by 12:30 p.m. All trees and limbs were removed, and debris totally cleaned up. These folks were totally amazing! We called for an estimate and they arrived 1/2 hour early, gave us a reasonable quote and said they would call the next day to schedule the removal. They called in the morning and had a firm date for the work. They arrived on time with their crew, took out five trees, three of which were challenging with wires, fences, roofs, etc., and were done in less than two hours. They removed all the debris, leaving the yard in pristine condition. Great work at a reasonable price, done on time with good customer service included. Had Atlas cut down a large tree that was very (too) close to our house. It was also sandwiched in between the neighbor's garage and our house (only a few feet on each side), so it required very careful work to bring down the tree without damaging any property. These guys did a great job of cutting the tree down (without house damage), cleaning up all wood and chips when completed, and were careful in returning all of the items they had to move in ours and the neighbors yard to their original location. They were flexible in taking three small trees down upon our request (originally we just wanted them heavily pruned) without charging more. They also came in at about 15% under the cost of their competitor's bids, which is always a bonus. I deduct one star because their stump grinder has yet to show up after a week, but given that they didn't charge us in advance for that and they contract it out, it's not not a major issue. read more

We have used Atlas Tree Service to remove 6 trees in 2014 and 5 in 2015 after watching them remove trees from other neighbors. They are reasonable, prompt, dependable and leave the place looking better than when they arrived. I dreaded doing this big project because of the inconvenience. However, there was no need for that, since they arrived as expected with a clean cut crew of nice STRONG men who methodically cut the agreed on trees into neat logs leaving them in a convenient spot for my husband to chop them. The men didn't need any help from us such as water or bathrooms and one man was so strong, he pulled out a small tree with his bare hands and didn't charge me! Because they are so good to work with (Kirk and crew), we have taken out more trees than we would normally have taken out and the place looks much better for it. We highly recommend them and would give them a 6 rating if possible. read more
