After nearly 50 years of hiring tree services in one state or another, I can say without hesitation…read morethat 'Blake's Tree Service is in a league of its own." From the very beginning, Marcelle set the tone. He came out for our consultation and estimate, and before he left, we already had that wonderfully reassuring feeling that we had found an exceptional company. Knowledgeable, professional, personable, straightforward--he "sold" us not with a sales pitch, but simply by the way he represented the company. Then there's Hanna, who seems to have turned communication into an art form. Scheduling, coordination, follow-up, billing--every detail was handled promptly, clearly, and graciously. At no point were we left wondering what was happening or what came next. That kind of communication is increasingly rare, and we appreciated it enormously. And the three-man crew? Superlatives all the way around. Their work was excellent, but what impressed us just as much was 'how' they worked. They were extraordinarily mindful of our property, careful and safe throughout the job, and remarkably clean and tidy. When they were finished, there was virtually no evidence that a tree crew had been there--other than, of course, that everything we hired them to do had been done beautifully. Finally, Blake himself. I've never met him in person; I only know him by his voice on the phone. But sometimes that's enough. Genuine, caring, sincere, personable, and unmistakably service-oriented. Within a few minutes of talking with him, I understood why the company bearing his name operates the way it does. And then came one final surprise: the price. Given the quality of the people, the work, and the overall experience, we were genuinely stunned by how reasonable their pricing was. I have used tree services for nearly half a century, and I cannot recall one I would place in the same category as Blake's Tree Service. Hands down, the best experience we've ever had. As long as we're Idahoans and there are trees that need attention, Blake's Tree Service will be the only call we make. Five stars--and then some.

They are on sloped terrain so the job wasn't easy but On Point made it look easy. They brought in a Bobcat to haul the trimmings from the back of our property through our side yard (only about 7' wide) to the front to their trailer so they could haul everything away. Brett gave us a fair price, was here in time and did what he said they could do. The trees look great! We're completely satisfied and highly recommend On Point for your tree service needs. The team that helped us remove our trees was uber professional and very organized! Ryan, the owner, is an excellent communicator and kept me informed every step of the way. It is clear that the professionalism, kindness, and efficiency makes Specialty Tree Services the go-to tree service for North idaho. One of the most important factors when choosing a tree service for me is that the owner is a Certified Arborist. When choosing your tree service company make sure the company has certified arborists, so many companies popping up in North Idaho are not certified. Thank you Specialty Tree Service

I told him I needed top speak to someone and would get back to him in a few days. He left with me waiting on the text with the quote. I received a text a short time later saying he didn't have time in his schedule? How could he not have any time when we didn't agree to any timeline? Written quotes with the expectations on a job are to protect both the home owner and contractor. Companies that won't give a written quote, in my opinion are shady and the customer won't have any recourse if the job is not done correctly.

To begin the day we were scheduled no one showed. I called and was told our service was scheduled at 9 pm by mistake but they would get someone out when they finished another job. (This was January 14, 2026). When the crew showed up they got right to work shaping and removing trees. No complaints with that part of the service. We were told their stump grinder was broken so they would have to come back the next day to do the grinding. We had other engagements so had to put grinding off for two days. The first day the crew worked until dark since they had shown up late so clean up was minimal. When the crew of two showed up to grind the stump I let them know the clean up was unsatisfactory, and ask that they do more. After the grinding they didn't rake the lawn where the stump had been ground or use a blower. They didn't do further clean up in any other areas either. We are in our 70's, that is why we hired someone to do this job. I have spent the last month trying to clean up the mess that was left. I haven't made much of a dent yet. This job cost us $5600 and we ere promised a very good clean-up. If you want trees shaped or removed hire All Seasons. If you expect clean-up look elsewhere.
