A couple of weeks ago I noticed that one of my maple trees had a bad crack on one of the main limbs and was leaning away from the trunk. It was so bad that I was sure it would have to be taken out. On the hopes that it could be saved I decided to contact an arborist. I called Blake's Tree Service and I'm so thankful I did. He carefully looked at the limb and crack and told me he thought we could save it. He explained what he would do and said he thought it has a 80% chance to make it. I was very happy to know there was a good chance of saving it. He said removing the limb would most likely kill the tree. I scheduled to have the work done but before they came out I contacted Blake about another tree that I was concerned about and sent him some pictures of it. He told me he thought it could be saved as well and scheduled to take care of it at the same time as my maple tree. Blake's team came out today and worked on both trees. They put the limb in place and cinch it tight to hold it together and pruned it to take some weight off of it and thin it out for better air circulation. They were so good to take time to answer my questions and explain what the trees need to be healthy. They cleaned up all of the limbs and raked up the smaller limbs and leaves before leaving. Amazing experience with Blake's Tree Service! I had several Ponderosa Pines in my yard which recently died. I asked other tree services for estimates and they said it wasn't possible to get a crane in there to handle these difficult trees. Blake said he could do it and gave me a very fair price. He delivered on all his promises and his team did an excellent job removing all my trees quickly and efficiently. There was some additional pruning which they weren't able to complete initially, and Blake made sure his team followed up with me and came back to finish all the work promised. Used Blake's for removal of 4 very large (1 tree had a trunk diameter of 34") pine trees on my acreage that were growing too close to my home. The entire process from first contact to the onsite assessment w/ price quote through the completion of the job was seamless. The work crew was efficient and highly skilled. One tree had large branches overhanging the roof and was a less than 6 ft from the heat pump. The safe drop zone was very tight. The tree was felled perfectly within the that safe window. I recently hired Blake's Tree service to remove four 60' + aspens and two smaller trees. The precision demonstrated by Blake in falling the trees was incredible. First off, what a great experience! I've never been so impressed with anyone as I was watching Jarin, Ryan and and Joe remove my trees. They had all the fancy equipment and communicated over microphones installed in their helmets throughout the whole process.
