A main branch was braking away from the trunk and barely holding on. Blake was able to secure it back to the trunk and the tree is still doing great. This year I had to have a tree removed in my back yard. It was very close to the house so I was concerned about possible damage taking it down. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to get it down without damaging anything. By the time I realized they were here the tree was already gone! If it wasn't for the stump, which they later came and removed, I wouldn't have been able to tell that a tree had even been there. Amazing work, and wonderful customer service with the best prices. They are on sloped terrain so the job wasn't easy but On Point made it look easy. They brought in a Bobcat to haul the trimmings from the back of our property through our side yard (only about 7' wide) to the front to their trailer so they could haul everything away. Brett gave us a fair price, was here in time and did what he said they could do. The trees look great! We're completely satisfied and highly recommend On Point for your tree service needs. I told him I needed top speak to someone and would get back to him in a few days. He left with me waiting on the text with the quote. I received a text a short time later saying he didn't have time in his schedule? How could he not have any time when we didn't agree to any timeline? Written quotes with the expectations on a job are to protect both the home owner and contractor. Companies that won't give a written quote, in my opinion are shady and the customer won't have any recourse if the job is not done correctly.
