They are on sloped terrain so the job wasn't easy but On Point made it look easy. They brought in a Bobcat to haul the trimmings from the back of our property through our side yard (only about 7' wide) to the front to their trailer so they could haul everything away. Brett gave us a fair price, was here in time and did what he said they could do. The trees look great! We're completely satisfied and highly recommend On Point for your tree service needs. Knowledgeable, professional, personable, straightforward--he "sold" us not with a sales pitch, but simply by the way he represented the company. Then there's Hanna, who seems to have turned communication into an art form. Scheduling, coordination, follow-up, billing--every detail was handled promptly, clearly, and graciously. At no point were we left wondering what was happening or what came next. That kind of communication is increasingly rare, and we appreciated it enormously. And the three-man crew? Superlatives all the way around. Their work was excellent, but what impressed us just as much was 'how' they worked. They were extraordinarily mindful of our property, careful and safe throughout the job, and remarkably clean and tidy. Deer resistant, native plant the spreads roots nicely to stop erosion. Even the cashier recognized it, so we asked her opinion for what we needed and she echoed exactly what the guy in the field said. The staff there never ceases to amaze me. They have always made great recommendations for us and they have worked out nicely. Great selection and great staff. Even a nice looking front desk area. Love it.

To begin the day we were scheduled no one showed. I called and was told our service was scheduled at 9 pm by mistake but they would get someone out when they finished another job. (This was January 14, 2026). When the crew showed up they got right to work shaping and removing trees. No complaints with that part of the service. We were told their stump grinder was broken so they would have to come back the next day to do the grinding. We had other engagements so had to put grinding off for two days. The first day the crew worked until dark since they had shown up late so clean up was minimal. When the crew of two showed up to grind the stump I let them know the clean up was unsatisfactory, and ask that they do more. After the grinding they didn't rake the lawn where the stump had been ground or use a blower. They didn't do further clean up in any other areas either. We are in our 70's, that is why we hired someone to do this job. I have spent the last month trying to clean up the mess that was left. I haven't made much of a dent yet. This job cost us $5600 and we ere promised a very good clean-up. If you want trees shaped or removed hire All Seasons. If you expect clean-up look elsewhere.
