He came out for our consultation and estimate, and before he left, we already had that wonderfully reassuring feeling that we had found an exceptional company. Knowledgeable, professional, personable, straightforward--he "sold" us not with a sales pitch, but simply by the way he represented the company. Then there's Hanna, who seems to have turned communication into an art form. Scheduling, coordination, follow-up, billing--every detail was handled promptly, clearly, and graciously. At no point were we left wondering what was happening or what came next. That kind of communication is increasingly rare, and we appreciated it enormously. And the three-man crew? Superlatives all the way around. Their work was excellent, but what impressed us just as much was 'how' they worked.
