I received a text a short time later saying he didn't have time in his schedule? How could he not have any time when we didn't agree to any timeline? Written quotes with the expectations on a job are to protect both the home owner and contractor. Companies that won't give a written quote, in my opinion are shady and the customer won't have any recourse if the job is not done correctly.

Last year, they failed to spray the backs of our apple trees and the cherry tree or the gooseberry plants at the end of the orchard. The cherries were wormy and so were the apples. The guy who was sent to do the spray professed to 'not thinking it would be Okay to enter the yard' to get at the rear of the trees...? This year the apples growing over our rock wall are wormy while the ones in front are not. This [client] wants to make sure we never have another thing to do with these 'so-called- experts". Paying a thousand bucks for fruit spray so the fruits can be given to the food Bank in good condition and having to waste 1/3 of it is a crime!

The lower branches they removed will never grow back on my blue spruces. I'm upset every single time I drive up to my house and see the damage they did. Do not use these "arborist" especially Joseph Zubaly. I was very clear with him about what I wanted them to do but now I'm stuck with damaged trees and a huge bill that I refuse to pay. In subsequent emails he's accused me of lying, refusing to take any responsibility for their shoddy work. Really a class act this company.
