My wife filed a police report and we notified Sunshine disposal and recycling, and they basically said "too bad, so sad" and that this falls under the category of a "road hazard" (whatever) and they are not responsible in any way. They also had the audacity to say the road debris could have come from anywhere, even though my wife saw it fly out of the back of their garbage truck. BAD BAD BAD COMPANY!!!!!

As a quick background, this is the first home I have ever had that was not on city sewer, so I have no experience with septic systems. We have lived in this home for 3 years, and were just doing what we were told was the time period to have it pumped. Well... Quinton came out and got things set up and opened the lids of the tank. As we were making small talk about things and I was asking questions, he asked me, "do you really want me to pump your tank?" I asked him why he asked me the question. His response was that it was obvious that it didn't need pumping and wasn't really even close to needing it. I replied that it is likely that we would be selling the house next year anyways, so it would be a good thing to have on the listing that it was just serviced in October. His response was that it is required that he come out and do that within 90 days of closing anyways. After conversing and thinking about it, I decided that it wouldn't be the best use of money to do this twice within less than a year. I thanked him for his integrity and even though he will likely get paid for fewer hours today than he was planning on, he walks away with integrity and a repeat customer. One other piece of this, is that I was so anxious to make sure I paid for the service, I called and processed the credit card before Quinton got set up to completely open the lids. So, I paid for the pumping. He said that it wasn't a problem and we could just delay the processing of the charge, or put a credit on our account so that when we did sell and needed to have the tank pumped, it would be credited. I am super grateful to your team at Gobers and to Quinton. That guy deserves some serious kudos for his ethics and friendliness. He is a valuable asset to your team. Thanks!

Ineffective Service, Exorbitant Charge for Nothing, and Management Ignores Customers…read more I regret calling Raptor Rooter & Plumbing LLC for a serious plumbing issue in mid-November 2025. Water was backing up from a basement floor drain in my South Hill Spokane home, creating a messy and urgent situation. Technician Brandon arrived and, after I described the recurring problem in detail, tested the drain by running water. He then briefly ran a cable snake only about 2 feet into the drain and stopped. He provided no diagnosis, no explanation for the backup, and admitted he didn't have a camera scope on hand--which likely would have revealed the root cause. After roughly 45 minutes, he left without resolving anything. I was shocked to be billed $462 for this unproductive visit. Hoping for some accountability, I left a message two days later for General Manager Chris, asking him to call me about Brandon's service. It's now January 7, 2026--nearly two months later--and Chris has never bothered to return my call, showing a complete lack of integrity or concern for customer satisfaction. Fortunately, I found a reputable plumbing company in the area. Their general manager and team were responsive, thorough, and fixed the problem permanently. Raptor Rooter's work was inadequate, their follow-through appalling, and their overall integrity horrendous. Save yourself the frustration and money--I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU CHOOSE ANYONE ELSE for work beyond attaching a garden hose.
