I called and after waiting for 20 minutes to get through the customer rep said there would be someone down to fill it the following day. No show. I called on Wednesday and was told a delivery would be made that afternoon. No show. They finally showed up Thursday. A school rep was there and conversed with the delivery person then showed the delivery person the heater that used the propane and that it would start running automatically once the propane supply was restored. The delivery person nodded and said OK. I have returned to work today the 28th only to find the supply line disconnected, capped off with a yellow cap and a special plug screwed into the tank valve that I cannot remove without a special tool. We have been without heat for over a week now and not heard back from anyone. I am ready to jump ship if they do not get back to me by tomorrow morning. There is no excuse for this crappy of service!!!!!!!!!

I can't thank Sam & Mike enough. They showed up a bit after 8am to fix 1 leaky toilet and another…read morethat wasn't flushing well and flush the water heater. The water heater had a leaky valve, so they had to fix that first. Then the first toilet needed new gasket and seal in the tank. Then the 2nd one turned into a major project. It was clogged with calcium that they couldn't fully removed so we decide to go for a new toilet. When they took the old one out the seals in the floor were all rusted out. And the pipe in the floor was a mess so they had to replace that too. And once the toilets were done, they installed bidet attachments for us. They finished up around 2pm. I was so grateful that they were able to get everything done for us in 1 day. Highly recommend!

A little while after service came back up, I spoke with a person from the Spokane office. He was professional, explained the situation, and said he would speak to his crew about their behavior. A much better portrayal of the company. This is a contractor, working with Comcast. As such they likely don't work with the public often. But if you're a developer or utility, well...you might want to pick another contractor. Or at least vet the hell out of these guys. Unless you want your representatives on the street not working and dismissing workers.
