We were able to add color chips to one of the standard samples they have on hand to give it a more customized feel. Devon came out right away to provide the quote and he was very informative and easy to talk with. The office manager, Beth, was very helpful in scheduling the service and providing a sample of our customized colors before committing to the work. And Morgan and Micah did an outstanding job applying the coating. The whole process took about a day and a half. A couple of additional aspects that truly made them the right company to coat our garage floor...they covered the stem walls at no extra cost, they actually provided a trailer that we could store our things in while they were doing the work, at no extra cost, and they are a small, local, family operated business that basically provides a lifetime warranty on their products and workmanship. Can't beat it!

It took two days to complete and another 24 hrs to cure. We couldn't be happier with the results and would definitely recommend them!

Debra (co owner) tells me I'm looking at $20,000. I was pretty upset that I had budgeted wrong. Inflation she says. Yes I've heard and experienced that but she is talking about 122% inflation since 2019 (35% a year). That, we haven't had. Luckily, I called a couple other places and found out I'm looking at bout $12,000 for pretty good stuff. So...before going with them I'd get other quotes.

Would not recommend. They did not order the correct amount of carpet for the job. It was partially…read moreinstalled and then we had to wait for 2 weeks to get the remaining carpet. We were concerned about the dye lot matching since it was in our hallway and would be obvious if it didn't match. It matched ok color wise however, you can see the seam between the two pieces. There was also an obvious seam going into the bedroom which we asked to have re-done. After it was re-done it was better, but still very visible. We also paid extra to have them move furniture. They only sent 1 person to do all of the moving and installing which resulted in some damaged items.

When I was there in April doing major repairs and remodel from all the damage a tenant did, the water damage to the wood floor under the refrigerator turned the wood black and lifted them from the floor, so since John had done the refinish job in 2013, I naturally contacted him. I liked John's work albiet he was not able to remove all the damage but did a great job nonetheless. I called him and he said he was very busy but would get out within a week to assess the damage and tell me what he could do. Then I never heard back. I left another 2 messages. By the time I did hear back I had already had to hire someone else, and presumed John was too busy or this was not a priority, which upset me since I was already a customer. Unfortunately I found out that John had injured his leg w a nail gun and went to the hospital, but that was after I wrote the review and had to pay someone else to repair the damage. His explanation was certainly understandable and I would never want to hurt someone's business if there is a reasonable explanation. However, my input here is that his wife or someone else who worked w him should have been calling his customers immediately (not wait for me to finally get him on the phone to find out what happened) to inform them that he would not be able to work for however long he needed to heal, I certainly would have understood. I have been in the hospital for serious injuries so understand how crazy that can be. But being self employed brings certain responsibilities if you want to maintain a good client base. His original work was beautiful and he did 3 coats on my floor, and gave me a good price. I was very happy with those results, so I would recommend his work.

One thing to stood out to me is how quickly they were able to get the jobs done. Jeremy, the owner, is very good at coordinating the various workers so there was very little waiting time during the project. He moves the project along quickly and does very good work. Another thing to stood out to me is the quality of his drywall work. My basement has a rather peculiar texture pattern, but his guy was able to perfectly match the pattern, and his seams and taping were so clean that there's no way to tell there was ever any work done. The shower he remodeled for me turned out very well. He was even able to relocate an exhaust fan, expand the size of the shower, and the quality of the tile & grout-work came out very well. Next year I plan to use Amason All Around again to remodel my two downstairs bathrooms.
