Andre, on recommendation from a real state friend of mine, came by at the last minute (after we had a leak!) and in cold, unfavorable weather, to make an assessment and a plan. His estimate was reasonable. He knows his business! He stuck to the plan and the estimate and was able to very carefully and expeditiously replace the metal valleys with the proper materials and technique, while keeping me closely informed throughout the entire project with pictures from the job. He communicated very well and always had excellent explanations. We initially had other roofing companies come out to take a look at the job, and they really were pushing for us to accept that we would need a new roof because they didn't want to be responsible for doing a repair. This was their recommendation, even though the rest of the roof looked absolutely in great shape. Andre was much more reasonable and confident in his ability to do the repair successfully, which he was able to do. We have not had any leaks since then and the roof looks very good. All in all, I highly recommend Andre and his company. It's comforting to deal with a contractor or roofer who you believe is not only intelligent and competent, but also trustworthy.

The next day Manuel called and we set an appointment; he was on time, and spent a lot of time explaining what they would do and why. The work crew was polite, diligent, and cleaned up every day. Our new roof looks great; we are very happy and highly recommend Tom and his crew.

Everyone I spoke with had nothing but great things to say about him and his crew. After a windstorm caused some minor damage, Julio came out right away and made quick repairs to prevent any leaks while I waited for a full shingle replacement. His estimate was very reasonable, and his team was able to start within a month. Once they arrived, the crew worked incredibly efficiently. They stripped the old shingles and prepped the roof in no time, then installed the new shingles and finished the entire job by the end of the second day--an entire day ahead of schedule. They cleaned up thoroughly each day, and when everything was done, the roof looked fantastic. I'm genuinely grateful I found Julio. I'd recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for high‑quality roofing work at a fair price.
