I am fair but can be very demanding and am not easy to please - so this is not just ignorant gushing. Ketron are the very best kind of contractors. Family business operated by people passionate about their trade and chasing perfection every day. Service and quality of product were class A. I received a total of 9 quotes for my full roof replacement (40 squares of composite) and Ketron were not the cheapest or going to have the fastest installation. They were just below average on cost and their install was actually going to be one of the longest once it was started. But they had a spot in their schedule to do the work that worked with my busy schedule (I never let contractors work when I'm not around) and their knowledge on the products and process seemed superb and their sales style of no BS, no push, just information made me believe they were going to provide the most value for what I paid. I was correct. Not only did they put a beautiful new roof on my house, they spent several extra days ensuring that every trim, fascia, and waterproofing detail was done perfectly so that I never have water in my house again. There's no way anyone promising 2 or 3 day roof replacements is going to be this thorough. Communication through out the process was spot on and no issues with paperwork or payment terms. They kept the site very clean after every work day. A comprehensive report at the completion of construction was handed over with great detail on any issues they encountered, how they were resolved, and photos showing exactly what I paid for being installed correctly. Genuinely enjoyed talking with both the owners and the entire process was as good as I have ever had with a contractor. Couldn't recommend strongly enough to anyone looking for any sort of roofing help - give Mitch and Clay a call. I will be using them again as my sole bid for new construction moving forward - the only contractor I trust this much. A partner in business not just another bidder.

Finding a company you can trust when it comes to something as important as your roof and gutters isn't always easy, but Precision really exceeded my expectations. The entire process was handled extremely well. They took the time to explain what needed to be done, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the work before getting started. Their communication was excellent, and I always felt like they cared about doing the job correctly rather than simply rushing through it. The quality of their workmanship was also impressive. The roofing work looks fantastic, and the gutters were installed neatly, professionally, and installed to perfection. You can tell that the crew takes pride in what they do and pays attention to the little details that make a big difference. They worked hard, kept the area organized, and did a great job cleaning up when everything was finished. What stood out to me most was the combination of quality, professionalism, and customer service. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful. They made what could have been a stressful home improvement project feel straightforward and manageable. It's not often that you come across a company that delivers great work while also treating its customers with respect. Precision Gutters and Roofing absolutely earned my trust and recommendation. If you're considering having roofing, gutter, or even siding work done, I would definitely recommend giving them a call. They do quality work, communicate well, and clearly care about making sure their customers are happy with the finished product. Thank you to the entire team at Precision Gutters and Roofing for the excellent work and great experience. I'm extremely happy with the results and would gladly use them again in the future!
