Jordan conducted a thorough inspection and quickly offered a highly competitive bid. He was responsive, attentive and trustworthy throughout my project. Gotta say, a core strength of Western is its crew of workers and supervisor Bryce. Everyone was diligent, hard-working, efficient and good-natured. They performed as a well-coordinated team that clearly knew how to go about replacing a roof. I learned that their lead, Miguel, has replaced more than 500 roofs working for Jordan. Replacing a roof is a noisy, messy and chaotic time but Jordan's team was always calm and in control like they've "been there, done that" many times before. It was very reassuring to watch them work.
