All followup was done with Alex Feierabend and he gave the BEST customer service!! I had several questions and concerns and each concern was met with a positive response. No negativity which I appreciated so much. I chose this company over several other roofing companies because of their reviews, the options they offer, and the Malarky product. I asked for and I received a copy of the permit, the lien releases, and the Class 4 impact rating which can lower my home insurance costs. I also got the 50 year roof warranty that is also fully transferrable. Definitely a positive experience and highly recommended!!

They replaced my roof and did not install Chimney flashing. Go for a walk around your neighborhood…read moreand see how many chimneys do not have flashing around the chimney. I have not seen one without flashing expect mine. I waited to long to take them to small claims court, now i am looking at having it done before it becomes a leaking roof. The company owner we will call him Jack Monkey, I called and explained my concern Jack Monkey said they put down ice barrier and roof tar around the chimney and then he said is it leaking I said no but it can be a problem without flashing, he basically just laughed. Well Jack Monkey every roof contactor said it is a standard to put down the ice barrier and then chimney flashing, all the contractor's said no flashing will cause major issues down the road. Most of these reviews I would say are paid reviews. Stay away from this company.

Finding a company you can trust when it comes to something as important as your roof and gutters isn't always easy, but Precision really exceeded my expectations. The entire process was handled extremely well. They took the time to explain what needed to be done, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the work before getting started. Their communication was excellent, and I always felt like they cared about doing the job correctly rather than simply rushing through it. The quality of their workmanship was also impressive. The roofing work looks fantastic, and the gutters were installed neatly, professionally, and installed to perfection. You can tell that the crew takes pride in what they do and pays attention to the little details that make a big difference. They worked hard, kept the area organized, and did a great job cleaning up when everything was finished. What stood out to me most was the combination of quality, professionalism, and customer service. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful. They made what could have been a stressful home improvement project feel straightforward and manageable.
