One thing to stood out to me is how quickly they were able to get the jobs done. Jeremy, the owner, is very good at coordinating the various workers so there was very little waiting time during the project. He moves the project along quickly and does very good work. Another thing to stood out to me is the quality of his drywall work. My basement has a rather peculiar texture pattern, but his guy was able to perfectly match the pattern, and his seams and taping were so clean that there's no way to tell there was ever any work done. The shower he remodeled for me turned out very well. He was even able to relocate an exhaust fan, expand the size of the shower, and the quality of the tile & grout-work came out very well. If you use this bank, you MUST have the house completed in 9 months, and if it's not, YOU WILL BE BILLED THE INTEREST EVERY MONTH THAT ITS NOT COMPLETED. This ended up costing us OVER $1,100. The bank also surprises you with a paper at the signing, that does NOT ALLOW you to stop the construction and have it completed by another responsible contractor. Some houses were NOT even completed a year later. On our job, the project manager was A WORTHLESS D.ICKHEAD. He wouldn't even show up to approve it or fix what "he" was supposed to fix and move to the next phase. If you want a reliable home builder, DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WERE A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE THAT CONTINUED EVEN A YEAR AFTER CONSTRUCTION. One of the owners, Don, he an arrogant d.ick.
