We never visited the company's store location, as the Jamie, the owner, agreed to travel to our property to discuss the project and execute the agreement. After deciding to cancel the project, we submitted our cancellation request 21 days later, and the company acknowledged receipt of our cancellation dated June 25, 2026. Since that time, we have repeatedly requested updates regarding our refund and the status of our cancellation. Despite our continued efforts to communicate, we have not received a clear timeline or meaningful updates. The ongoing delays and lack of communication have been extremely frustrating and have caused unnecessary emotional stress. Jaime still has still to date not provided any documentation showing that a door or any other materials were purchased on our behalf, despite our many requests. We are deeply disappointed by the company's lack of communication, failure to complete any work, and poor customer service. I would steer clear from anyone wanting to do business with Jaime and his, so called business. Lastly, he will dispute that there is a policy in his agreement and indeed there is none. Here is how the agreement outlines: No provision stating that refunds take 60-90 days. In particular: Page 1 covers: Scope of Work Time/Substantial Completion Payments Change Orders Delays Punch List Warranty There is no refund timeline in these sections. Page 2 covers: Warranty details Dispute resolution (mediation/arbitration) Risk of Loss Assignment Page 3 is the Washington State contractor disclosure statement. He and his boy were on time, actually asked if he could come early, which was fine with me. Dusty was obviously much better than the original hauler, who canceled at the last minute on me. They were respectful of my furniture and home, being very careful not to cause any damage. I could also see that they were meticulous in securing items on the truck and trailer, so it wouldn't end up on the roadside somewhere. When I saw that he had extra space on his truck and trailer, I asked if he could also take some additional items for disposal. Dusty was very accommodating for accepting extra items I wanted gone. When I received the contract I signed it and set a installation date. I was shocked when the job was done and it was a smooth wall, looking very Institutionalized. When I reviewed the contract it did in fact say smooth. Yes, my bad for assuming our agreed discussion was the final product. The installer was polite but lacked any attention to detail and efficiency. I had to point out areas that he forgot to caulk, left the basement wide open, used the bathroom and all the toilet paper and then didn't flush! He didn't clean up and left dust and dirt everywhere. The position of the hardware is way to high and defiantly not even close to the older fixtures. I had to call to set up an appointment for Bathfitters to re-caulk an area, specifically asked not to have the same installer as I didn't want to have a disgruntled employee that I complained about coming back in my home. And of course that's exactly what they did, by sending him back. There are too many documented dates of when I've tried to reach out to them over the months. Their follow up is horrible. Just be aware that you will be leaving dozens of emails and calls. They apologize for the miscommunication and said that they would replace the wall with the textile that we agreed upon for an extra $1k. I'm pretty dissatisfied but I did sign the contract regardless of what we agreed upon when getting the quote. Get your pocket books out it's going to be expensive.

He specifically said "get him on the phone now and we can chat!" absolutely not.. my husband is at work and who just makes a $$$ decision during a quote appointment without discussing with their spouse? Also, when I asked about taking measurements so if we decided to move forward with everything later we could, he replied "No I won't take measurements today not until your husband is present so we can go over financing" In my experience with home renovations we get quotes and then discuss after to decide which company we would like to go with.. not get pressured in my own home to sign right away. Overall very poor sales techniques and if they just run on pushy, pressure sales I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
