Written quotes with the expectations on a job are to protect both the home owner and contractor. Companies that won't give a written quote, in my opinion are shady and the customer won't have any recourse if the job is not done correctly.

They were all anywhere from one to three weeks out, just to get a quote. Not Damione. He stopped by after work the same day that I called. Upon meeting with him I knew this was the company that I wanted to do the job. I liked the quote, and I liked him. So I canceled all the other quote appointments. Our scheduling was pretty frustrating due to a tree being removed beforehand, but Damione was super flexible and understanding. I could not be happier with the finished product. They only installed the new fence on one side of my property. But I will most definitely be having them back later this summer, after I finish painting the exterior of my house, to install the rest of the vinyl privacy fence on the other side of my property. Still ended up with more left over than I feel should have been. 2- installer didn't have the proper tools to do the job. Took way longer than he said it would take, probably due to lack of proper tools. Left his mess from all of his cuts when he was finally done. 3-not their fault, but the core-tech lvp sucks. You can see footprints instantly, dry feet leave marks, paw prints leave marks, can use any cleaner or it will look horrible. Scratches fairly easily too which it's marketed as good for pets and kids so that sucks. 4-went back trying to get our measurements so we could plan out replacing them and were a manager had to get them for us and they would call us. Never called. Called and reminded them, never called. The gal wasn't helpful or very kind. Do not recommend them or coretech lvp.
