It was obvious that I was not going to purchase from them (they sold only high end equimpment)- yet he still spoke to me as if I were a paying customer on a couple of occasions. After purchasing a Liftmaster online from another company and installing it myself I ran into alot of problems. I needed local help and there did not seem to be anyone that had the expertise that Northwest Fence did with automatic gate openers. I called Josh and explained my problem, and to my surprise he had a gate expert at my Ranch the next day. He evaluated my installation, and spent almost an hour with me troubleshooting possible problems. They did not charge me for this visit, and honestly- MOST companies would charge for a service call. The expert that came out (who preferred to be un-named) was very kind, and sympathetic to the mess I had got myself into- got me on the right track to solving my problems. So, I dont know who the people writing low star reviews worked with, but the professionalism, kindness, and depth of knowledge exhibited by Northwest Fence, in my opinion was 6 stars. We sought a new fence to keep our pup safe but not detract from the neighborhood beauty. We decided to go with a pressure treated posts hog wire fence. He was very nice and informative and we were able to get a consultation that night from Luke. Luke was very personable and patient as we went through everything their company offered and we were able to get scheduled. Our house was built in 1943 with large, original colonial style windows with individual window panes in each window. I love the look and charm it gives but it was not energy efficient, sound buffering, or easy to clean. We also have two dogs, one of which had caused a few of the small panes to be broken, leaving small holes with only the storm window as our "window". I was very excited to learn that they offer the same style and we were able to add that to our new window order. Safe to say, we got a huge upgrade. We have some loud car noise on our street that would wake us up at night but since we've had our windows installed, I haven't heard them once. The whole house stays a more consistent temperature and when our toddler or dogs make the windows messy, it is a breeze to clean the inside and outside. The glass is also slightly darker which allows for better privacy without having to have your curtains drawn all the time. The installation company was great as well. The two employees were very nice, had great communication, and ended up finishing faster than anticipated. They walked us through our new windows and they had cleaned up any mess that had been caused from installation. Overall, the value our new windows adds to our lives is priceless and we highly recommend using Brightside for your windows.

Andre, on recommendation from a real state friend of mine, came by at the last minute (after we had a leak!) and in cold, unfavorable weather, to make an assessment and a plan. His estimate was reasonable. He knows his business! He stuck to the plan and the estimate and was able to very carefully and expeditiously replace the metal valleys with the proper materials and technique, while keeping me closely informed throughout the entire project with pictures from the job. He communicated very well and always had excellent explanations. We initially had other roofing companies come out to take a look at the job, and they really were pushing for us to accept that we would need a new roof because they didn't want to be responsible for doing a repair. This was their recommendation, even though the rest of the roof looked absolutely in great shape. Andre was much more reasonable and confident in his ability to do the repair successfully, which he was able to do. We have not had any leaks since then and the roof looks very good. The company's representative, Tyler, could not have been more helpful. He arrived as promised to assess the condition of the roof, take measurements and make recommendations. The estimate arrived in my inbox the next day and was a full $6,000 lower than what the first contractor proposed and lower still than the second company's estimate. Tyler's recommendation for the color of the shingles was perfect and compliments the colors of the house and Perrenoud's crew was great. Despite the fact there were 2 layers of shingles on this roof, water damage and a skylight that needed reframing, they finished the work in 2.5 days. This is a GAF roof with an exceptional warranty and will definitely outlast me. If you're looking for great service, quality and a reasonable price for a new roof, this is the company you want to call.
