They said it would be tested at startup in the spring. Spring came and they tested the sprinklers....and charged us $98 more. They said it would be part of the project cost, but keep sending us past due bills. The new sprinklers do not cover the lawn, should have tested them in the fall because now our grass is dead. Stated it will be two weeks or more to have someone come out to add sprinklers to the original projected that again...we paid over $4,000 for. 6 months later and its still not fixed. I found her tone to be very condescending and argumentative, which made it difficult to express my concerns or have a constructive conversation. I asked to speak with the manager who wasn't there. You would be well advised to hire a different company for your yard care needs.
