Lance admitted the work wasn't done correctly and promised to reimburse me for repairs. I paid $6,000 out of pocket to have it fixed properly over a month ago. He keeps postponing payment and hasn't paid me back. The bait-and-switch with companies, the unsafe work, the broken promises - it's a pattern. Check public records before you hire him. I wish I had.

The trees are beautiful but unfortunately never lasted longer than one year. The Garden decorations, fountains and birdbaths are nice and have lasted. So it's not a complete waste.

Scratches fairly easily too which it's marketed as good for pets and kids so that sucks. 4-went back trying to get our measurements so we could plan out replacing them and were a manager had to get them for us and they would call us. Never called. Called and reminded them, never called. The gal wasn't helpful or very kind. Do not recommend them or coretech lvp.

Arrow Point was the only company to show up on time. Their estimate came in at the lowest. Using the same exact materials quoted by other companies. The work started on time and was finished with rapidity that I'll find impressive to my dying days. Two days to complete a tear off and re-shingle while replacing flashing, roof vents, etc. There was absolutely no evidence left behind that they'd ever been here, except for a new roof. The materials they used were top notch, especially the new flashing and roof vents. Those materials have come a long way since this roof was first installed.

The company's representative, Tyler, could not have been more helpful. He arrived as promised to assess the condition of the roof, take measurements and make recommendations. The estimate arrived in my inbox the next day and was a full $6,000 lower than what the first contractor proposed and lower still than the second company's estimate. Tyler's recommendation for the color of the shingles was perfect and compliments the colors of the house and Perrenoud's crew was great. Despite the fact there were 2 layers of shingles on this roof, water damage and a skylight that needed reframing, they finished the work in 2.5 days. This is a GAF roof with an exceptional warranty and will definitely outlast me. If you're looking for great service, quality and a reasonable price for a new roof, this is the company you want to call.
