We inspected the attic, and didn't see any water leaks. We may need a new roof. Was told roof inspection would be $220/hr (effective from travel time from job to destination) + materials. They may repair roof same day, which I doubt because they probably don't have the right roofing material to match roof. Unfortunately we have to rate Jimmy's Roofing in order to submit.
