The company's representative, Tyler, could not have been more helpful. He arrived as promised to assess the condition of the roof, take measurements and make recommendations. The estimate arrived in my inbox the next day and was a full $6,000 lower than what the first contractor proposed and lower still than the second company's estimate. Tyler's recommendation for the color of the shingles was perfect and compliments the colors of the house and Perrenoud's crew was great. Despite the fact there were 2 layers of shingles on this roof, water damage and a skylight that needed reframing, they finished the work in 2.5 days. We welcomed him into our home so he could show us samples of the gutters. This began the hour long hard sale, complete with an iPad presentation and disparaging remarks about all competitors. $25,966 was where he started. Then came the "discounts" and "free trip" and push for their financing. When I balked at the hard push to sign he continued to push even as much as implying we couldn't afford it. I was done and left the table. My husband had him pack up and get out shortly after. Talked to others later and sure enough they'd experienced similar experiences, those that purchased said we dodged a bullet. If I could give the salesman negative stars I would.
