Then they tried to negotiate with me and have me pay to have them do the job correctly. Now they have a computer answering their phones which means they will never come back.

They said it would be tested at startup in the spring. Spring came and they tested the sprinklers....and charged us $98 more. They said it would be part of the project cost, but keep sending us past due bills. The new sprinklers do not cover the lawn, should have tested them in the fall because now our grass is dead. Stated it will be two weeks or more to have someone come out to add sprinklers to the original projected that again...we paid over $4,000 for. 6 months later and its still not fixed.
