From the beginning, there were serious issues with workmanship and judgment. I provided clear written instructions for how my steam generator needed to be installed so the access panel would remain usable. He ignored those instructions, installed it backwards, and then had to cut copper lines to fix his own mistake. He also talked me out of the half wall I originally requested and insisted that cable railing would "look better" and that he had installed many before. What I received was unfinished wood, loose cables, incorrect spacing, and exposed hardware that wasn't installed to manufacturer specifications. When installing trim around my shower door, he cut two pieces too short and tried to hide the mistake by filling the gap with grout instead of replacing the trim. I later caught him attempting to take the unused trim material I had purchased. He sprayed paint directly onto my brand‑new recessed lights because he didn't mask or protect them, and I spent hours scraping overspray off the fixtures. He also convinced me to let him remove my brand‑new induction oven from the house so it wouldn't be "in the way," and returned it with dents. Within three months, the grout between my backsplash and countertop cracked along the entire length because grout was used where flexible caulk should have been. This was all in addition to widespread drywall, texture, and paint issues, including red marker left on my new flooring. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this contractor.

Despite our continued efforts to communicate, we have not received a clear timeline or meaningful updates. The ongoing delays and lack of communication have been extremely frustrating and have caused unnecessary emotional stress. Jaime still has still to date not provided any documentation showing that a door or any other materials were purchased on our behalf, despite our many requests. We are deeply disappointed by the company's lack of communication, failure to complete any work, and poor customer service. I would steer clear from anyone wanting to do business with Jaime and his, so called business. Lastly, he will dispute that there is a policy in his agreement and indeed there is none. Here is how the agreement outlines: No provision stating that refunds take 60-90 days. In particular: Page 1 covers: Scope of Work Time/Substantial Completion Payments Change Orders Delays Punch List Warranty There is no refund timeline in these sections. Page 2 covers: Warranty details Dispute resolution (mediation/arbitration) Risk of Loss Assignment Page 3 is the Washington State contractor disclosure statement.
