For a company that preaches Courteous and Reliable service, I was none to please when nobody showed up for our appointment. They say, we are not like other companies and show up when we say. Well that certainly DID NOT OCCUR! Not only did they not show up for the scheduled appointment, but nobody even called to say they would be late. After an hour of waiting, I went to my doctor's appointment. Once I got home from the doctor's and checked my Ring, did I notice that someone finally showed up. I recently replaced a garden tub for a shower enclosure in my master bath. That resulted in a section of flooring needing vinyl. Not wishing to do the entire bath Keystone was able to come in, lay some vinyl, (not matching) in very short order. That is what I asked them to do and that is what they accomplished. And to my satisfaction, I might add. They did exactly what I wanted and in very short order. Avoid this business at all costs! The owner sold us, and installed, a lesser quality carpet than the more expensive brand we paid for. Later, when we had a problem with the carpet it was not covered under the warranty because, lo and behold, it was NOT what we paid for. Our receipt proved that we paid for a much more expensive brand. What the owner of Keystone Carpets did was charge us for a Cadillac but installed a Pinto! This guy is a crook, and anything but honest! Beware. read more

First time we had them come out they carpeted our newly finished basement and it was and still is fantastic! A few months ago they came out and replaced our carpet upstairs with Shaw laminate flooring and it is amazing how it has changed everything in our house. Our experience with this company was not great. The pad they used we recently found out was only 6lb, something normally reserved for rentals. We were told at the time we were given a carpet pad upgrade... not a downgrade. I noticed at the time the pad seemed far thinner than previous. I should have complained then and not trusted these people. We also have a huge seam in our bedroom carpet (see pic) and now because of the poor pad installed the carpet is terribly worn after only 3 years. In addition, a 6lb pad pretty much voids any warranty the carpet may have had. Total scammers. This could not just have been an honest mistake. STAY AWAY! read more

Mark and the team were all very polite. I had my entire house (minus thr bathrooms and laundry room) re-carpeted. They guys that came in to do the installation were productive and efficient. They didn't waste time...however the finished product is immaculate. They were very clean. When there was a slight discrepency/hiccup they brought it to my attention rather just trying to cover it. My house was a 3day project and they came exactly 830am each day and were out by 2pm. I almost went with Home Depot but was insecure with they're quality and timeline of completion do I did some research. We picked out color schemes and types of carpet from the department store that we liked and when Mark came to give us a quote and estimate he had some samples that matched what we were looking for. We were already exhausted after moving into the house. We didn't want to risk any hassle of flooring so we went with these experts! HIghly Recommend! Thanks again guys!!! FANASTIC JOB! read more

Shame on Keystone Carpets! Six weeks after installing carpet there were definite traffic patterns showing. That is very unusual since I am a one-person household, do not wear shoes in the house, and have very few visitors. It took several calls to reach the owner. When he finally came to see the carpet, he said he would contact the manufacturer "to see what they would do." I never heard from him again. read more

Mark always had excellent customer service, I was needing to have them installed sooner than later so he called me on the first cancellation he had and squeezed me in so I could have the carpets done. The employees that came out and installed the carpet were incredibly professional and worked quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and I was beyond pleased with how the carpets look! They even vacuumed and helped me move a few pieces of furniture back into the room for me. Mark also, unprompted, stopped by and brought a transition piece from the carpet to the hardwoods that matches the hardware that I have throughout my house, while it wasn't something I had necessarily needed I really appreciated him going above and beyond, and made the end results look even better!
