Debra (co owner) tells me I'm looking at $20,000. I was pretty upset that I had budgeted wrong. Inflation she says. Yes I've heard and experienced that but she is talking about 122% inflation since 2019 (35% a year). That, we haven't had. Luckily, I called a couple other places and found out I'm looking at bout $12,000 for pretty good stuff. So...before going with them I'd get other quotes.

Brothers went above and beyond fix the problem coming out on a Saturday and one other day to resolve the issue after the flooring was installed. They were able to find a discontinue piece of trim to finish the project. Andrew as responsive and really helped solve a problem which was unforeseen by everyone until the carpeting was removed. In addition, the team finished ahead of schedule and the flooring looks great! There is always something problematic which comes up with home projects, and it was great that Brothers was able to make everything right without a hassle. We were concerned about the dye lot matching since it was in our hallway and would be obvious if it didn't match. It matched ok color wise however, you can see the seam between the two pieces. There was also an obvious seam going into the bedroom which we asked to have re-done. After it was re-done it was better, but still very visible. We also paid extra to have them move furniture. They only sent 1 person to do all of the moving and installing which resulted in some damaged items.

The carpet provided wasn't as firm as the sample shown. After the carpet order was placed, we decided to keep one room with existing flooring and the company wouldn't credit or refund the carpet that was no longer needed. Installers were good but didn't show much consideration during the install (banged a doorknob into the wall that left a dent). We had to request them to add the transition strips where needed which they reluctantly did. Overall, not very pleased with the service.
