I was told by the manufacturer that I had to initiate this claim thru the retailer (Inland Pacific Flooring). I tried to initiate however very poor follow-up by Inland. They kept on using excuse "...Oh, its' been really crazy around here... haven't got to it yet...". I was told this twice over a period of 2 months still with no action or follow-up.

Wayne came to my home in Spokane Valley, WA to give me a free estimate on how much it would cost to stretch my carpet and came back the next day to start working. It took Wayne a little bit over an hour to stretch all the carpets in my house. I was a happy camper after that. Overall, great customer service, reasonable price, quick and well done job. Definitely will do business with Waynes company again.

Wayne reglued several loose transition pieces and to fill the small gaps at joints, he used a…read morecompletely different type of trim that did not match at all. It was a different size, shape, and color. There was another area that the glue did not hold and Wayne did go back to reglue it, but he would not replace the filler pieces that did not match the existing trim. Ultimately we had to hire another contractor to finish the job. Wayne would not accept our offer of partial payment for the work he did complete. The quality of work was terrible.

Brothers went above and beyond fix the problem coming out on a Saturday and one other day to resolve the issue after the flooring was installed. They were able to find a discontinue piece of trim to finish the project. Andrew as responsive and really helped solve a problem which was unforeseen by everyone until the carpeting was removed. In addition, the team finished ahead of schedule and the flooring looks great! There is always something problematic which comes up with home projects, and it was great that Brothers was able to make everything right without a hassle. If you need flooring, I would strongly recommend contacting Andrew for an estimate.

Most places do not keep you informed of what is going on. Michael was letting me know exactly what was happening and when the carpet arrived and when he was going to install the carpet. Excellent to work with and does great work. Not only that, but his rates are not inflated at all. About 50% less of what a retail store carpet layer would do. We had our floors installed a few years ago. 1-measurements…read moreseemed off by quite a bit so had them re-measure which reduced the estimate quite a bit. Still ended up with more left over than I feel should have been. 2- installer didn't have the proper tools to do the job. Took way longer than he said it would take, probably due to lack of proper tools. Left his mess from all of his cuts when he was finally done. 3-not their fault, but the core-tech lvp sucks. You can see footprints instantly, dry feet leave marks, paw prints leave marks, can use any cleaner or it will look horrible. Scratches fairly easily too which it's marketed as good for pets and kids so that sucks. 4-went back trying to get our measurements so we could plan out replacing them and were a manager had to get them for us and they would call us. Never called. Called and reminded them, never called. The gal wasn't helpful or very kind. Do not recommend them or coretech lvp.

Debra (co owner) tells me I'm looking at $20,000. I was pretty upset that I had budgeted wrong. Inflation she says. Yes I've heard and experienced that but she is talking about 122% inflation since 2019 (35% a year). That, we haven't had. Luckily, I called a couple other places and found out I'm looking at bout $12,000 for pretty good stuff. So...before going with them I'd get other quotes.

They offered…read moreboth epoxy and polyurea coatings and discussed the pros and cons of both...we elected to go with polyurea for a 3 car garage and the price was way better than their competitor in the area offering polyurea. We were able to add color chips to one of the standard samples they have on hand to give it a more customized feel. Devon came out right away to provide the quote and he was very informative and easy to talk with. The office manager, Beth, was very helpful in scheduling the service and providing a sample of our customized colors before committing to the work. And Morgan and Micah did an outstanding job applying the coating. The whole process took about a day and a half. A couple of additional aspects that truly made them the right company to coat our garage floor...they covered the stem walls at no extra cost, they actually provided a trailer that we could store our things in while they were doing the work, at no extra cost, and they are a small, local, family operated business that basically provides a lifetime warranty on their products and workmanship. Can't beat it!

Our old garage floor was chipped, scratched, gouged and literally falling apart. This happens because of studded tires, too much salt and not caring for the concrete over several years. Ric was able to come to our home within days of our calling to get an estimate and if it can even be done without new concrete. The crew was on site within 2 weeks to begin the job. It took two days to complete and another 24 hrs to cure. We couldn't be happier with the results and would definitely recommend them!
