Review Update: After…read moreposting my original review, the owner reached out to me personally. He took the time to ask what had happened, listened to my concerns, and approached the conversation with genuine understanding and empathy. It never felt defensive or dismissive. Instead, he acknowledged my frustration and disappointment and explained that they truly want every customer to have a five-star experience. I was impressed by how he handled the conversation--with professionalism, class, kindness, and a sincere desire to make things right. It's clear he cares about both his customers and the reputation of his business. Most importantly, they followed through and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I am extremely grateful for their willingness to listen and take action. While my initial experience left me frustrated, the way the owner responded says a lot about the company. Because of that, I would recommend Floor Coverings International, and when we're ready to replace the rest of our flooring next year, I would absolutely reach out to them for a bid.
