Still ended up with more left over than I feel should have been. 2- installer didn't have the proper tools to do the job. Took way longer than he said it would take, probably due to lack of proper tools. Left his mess from all of his cuts when he was finally done. 3-not their fault, but the core-tech lvp sucks. You can see footprints instantly, dry feet leave marks, paw prints leave marks, can use any cleaner or it will look horrible. Scratches fairly easily too which it's marketed as good for pets and kids so that sucks. 4-went back trying to get our measurements so we could plan out replacing them and were a manager had to get them for us and they would call us. Never called. Called and reminded them, never called. The gal wasn't helpful or very kind. Do not recommend them or coretech lvp.

We told our contractor how disappointed we were and he made an appointment with Great Floors. The next day we were greated by Jerry at the front door and she wisked my wife away and showed her around the store. Jerry who is a woman made my wife feel real comfortable and really explained what would look great in our house. You could tell she was a real veteran because she really knew her flooring and how to treat customers. And by the way they have a nice inventory compared to the other creepy store who has rather cheap and not so nice flooring.

They kept on using excuse "...Oh, its' been really crazy around here... haven't got to it yet...". I was told this twice over a period of 2 months still with no action or follow-up.

They were able to find a discontinue piece of trim to finish the project. Andrew as responsive and really helped solve a problem which was unforeseen by everyone until the carpeting was removed. In addition, the team finished ahead of schedule and the flooring looks great! There is always something problematic which comes up with home projects, and it was great that Brothers was able to make everything right without a hassle. If you need flooring, I would strongly recommend contacting Andrew for an estimate.
