    Turned on the gas, and tracked dirt and mud into the house, then denied it. Hope this is not typical, or things could get worse!

    I will start back in May after my dear friend passed away and we became owner of her property…read more After she passed we went to Inland Power and it's been one big mess ever since. I went to Inland Power gave them all the documents they need to allow us to make changes to the power at her house. She had two meters at her house one to the resident and one t a shop that hadn't been in use for several years. We ask for them to discontinue the power to the shop. The counter girl said they couldn't stop the power to a resident and it took us several visits to get them to understand we didn't want to stop the power to the house just to the shop which hadn't been in use for years. I payed the last bill for the shop and told them to come get their meter. I then ask to have the house put on Auto pay. Simple right well not for inland power. Third visit to Inland power I ask to talk to supervisor Went through the entire story again. Told we didn't want the meter or power to the shop just the house and I wanted the house on Auto pay just like we have had on our house for years and mine you we have been with Inland power for about 40 years. End of story of course not, the following month we get a bill for the shop and the house isn't on Auto pay so I make another trip back to Inland Power and ask to talk to a manager and she say we never ask to have the shop meter retired. I said this is the first time I even heard the word retired so I tell her retire the shop come get your pole and meter. I tell her I want the house on Auto Pay like our house is and had and years. The story just goes on I decided to check our home uses for the month of August and what do I find is a delinquent notice on our house and my friends house. Inland took our house off of Auto pay without contacting us and after being on auto pay for years and never being late on a payment in almost 40 years.Of course they don't work on Fridays so now I will to continue trying to find someone at Inland Power that knows what they are doing.     Called on New Year's Day expecting to get voicemail. Nope. Phone was answered by Sam, who…read moreimmediately started taking information about my furnace problem. Given the symptoms, we thought I might have to replace my blower fan. At noon today, I got notice that Mike was on the way to look at the problem. At 12:30, Mike arrives. At 12:35, we're both looking at the furnace while he takes the blower fan cover off. At 12:37, he has diagnosed that the fan isn't dying or dead, but that it has shifted in its mounting bracket, making the fan blades hit the enclosure. SUPERB AND FRIENDLY SERVICE! I COULDN'T ASK FOR MORE. Honest, responsive, hardworking and friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

    I can't thank Sam & Mike enough. They showed up a bit after 8am to fix 1 leaky toilet and another…read morethat wasn't flushing well and flush the water heater. The water heater had a leaky valve, so they had to fix that first. Then the first toilet needed new gasket and seal in the tank. Then the 2nd one turned into a major project. It was clogged with calcium that they couldn't fully removed so we decide to go for a new toilet. When they took the old one out the seals in the floor were all rusted out. And the pipe in the floor was a mess so they had to replace that too. And once the toilets were done, they installed bidet attachments for us. They finished up around 2pm. I was so grateful that they were able to get everything done for us in 1 day. Highly recommend!
