We've had Mainstream out three times over the last few years ( after the techician spent a good amount of time looking for ways to upcharge us. He even offered a senior discount! Much appreciated! If you need a plumber. Call ACTION PLUMBING!

Unethical and fraudulent. This company tried to charge us hundreds of dollars for a 2nd trip…read morebecause they couldn't find the septic tank. The problem is - they said their tech arrived onsite at 9am and looked for 3 HOURS before calling someone ONE TIME at NOON and then left the location. Calling into their office they actually doubled down that the tech they sent out was looking for it for a full 3 HOURS before calling someone to ask about where the location might be?! YEA RIGHT In the same sentence they admitted "he should've called someone earlier" but are still trying to charge us hundreds more since he had to go back. This is the kind of small, rural location company that takes advantage of people due to the lack of other options. Don't be surprised when they tack on additional fees and fuel surcharges because "it took more time" or "they couldn't find it" - this is bordering on fraud. Then to double down and argue with us on a blatant lie that someone was looking for 3 hours before calling someone... I have never worked with a more unprofessional company in my life.

We had a unit colder than a diss track--no hot water, tenants lookin' stressed, vibes all bad. My man took one look at the situation and said, "Say less." No cap, he went straight to work. No duckin', no weavin', just straight bars and pipe wizardry. Before long, the water heater was back droppin' heat harder than a summer block party. Taylor got that real get-it-done energy. Dude treats plumbing problems like rap battles--he shows up, handles the competition, and leaves with the W. His confidence is smoother than a G-funk bass line, and his work is tighter than a freshly laid beat. If plumbers had mixtapes, I'd be bumpin' "Hot Water Chronicles Vol. 1" all summer long. Much love to Taylor for keeping the hot water flowing and the residents from taking ice-bucket showers. Homie earned every one of these five stars. Straight fire. Would book again.

Ineffective Service, Exorbitant Charge for Nothing, and Management Ignores Customers…read more I regret calling Raptor Rooter & Plumbing LLC for a serious plumbing issue in mid-November 2025. Water was backing up from a basement floor drain in my South Hill Spokane home, creating a messy and urgent situation. Technician Brandon arrived and, after I described the recurring problem in detail, tested the drain by running water. He then briefly ran a cable snake only about 2 feet into the drain and stopped. He provided no diagnosis, no explanation for the backup, and admitted he didn't have a camera scope on hand--which likely would have revealed the root cause. After roughly 45 minutes, he left without resolving anything. I was shocked to be billed $462 for this unproductive visit. Hoping for some accountability, I left a message two days later for General Manager Chris, asking him to call me about Brandon's service. It's now January 7, 2026--nearly two months later--and Chris has never bothered to return my call, showing a complete lack of integrity or concern for customer satisfaction. Fortunately, I found a reputable plumbing company in the area. Their general manager and team were responsive, thorough, and fixed the problem permanently. Raptor Rooter's work was inadequate, their follow-through appalling, and their overall integrity horrendous. Save yourself the frustration and money--I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU CHOOSE ANYONE ELSE for work beyond attaching a garden hose.

He managed to complete all of the work in an hour. I was provided updates, answers to my questions and a summary at the end before paying. I plan get root maintenance set up with them as soon as possible and would recommend this company. Because Covid: Chris arrived with a mask on properly and in fresh disposable gloves. The water heater had a leaky valve, so they had to fix that first. Then the first toilet needed new gasket and seal in the tank. Then the 2nd one turned into a major project. It was clogged with calcium that they couldn't fully removed so we decide to go for a new toilet. When they took the old one out the seals in the floor were all rusted out. And the pipe in the floor was a mess so they had to replace that too. And once the toilets were done, they installed bidet attachments for us. They finished up around 2pm. I was so grateful that they were able to get everything done for us in 1 day. Highly recommend!

What really made my day was hearing from an employee what a great place Shaw is to work and how much they love their job. Now, you don't hear that every day! That right there is how you run a successful business. I highly recommend Shaw to all my family and Friends. The owner Hank Shaw, is a honest to goodness stand up guy.
