They also count one window as two windows. In other words, you charged by the window pane instead of the "windows" they quote in the APP, so you need to change your advertisements because that's false advertising. Really disappointing. So many times in North Idaho I have been faced with the same type of neglect or whatever you wanna call it. It's hard to find good help here in Coeur d'Alene.

Looking for a masonry contractor willing to travel to Priest Lake. Not many choices out of…read moreSpokane, but Roger and Jamie weren't scared. Not only did they provide a competitive bid but they returned my phone calls, showed up on time, honored their estimate TO THE PENNY, and absolutely killed the craftsmanship. Our stone chimney was completed over a weekend, and easily exceeded our expectations. (and all of the walkers/joggers that stop to comment about it on a daily basis.) Roger showed up with his crew and set up camp on our property for the weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed their company and shared many laughs and stories around the campfire. When we had another masonry job recently, it was nice to have a "go to" team that we knew would be up to the task. Roger, Rafi and Jack showed up on time (again), delivered exceptional work (again), stayed with us (again) and honored their estimate to the penny (AGAIN!) If you are looking for a masonry/chimney or hardscape contractor in Spokane, or within a couple of hours (I'm talking to you Lind, WA) do not hesitate to give Jamie a call. You will not be disappointed. After all is said and done, I am 100 percent satisfied with the work (amazing), the price (less than one third of local bids), professionalism (return every call) and integrity (do what you say, say what they do) of Dobson Chimney and Masonry. But most of all, I am proud to call these guys my friends. "WHO DID IT?"

After getting…read moresome bids, not only were they the most professional, best priced, prompt and courteous, but they did a fantastic job! Scheduling the estimator was easy and they were able to get someone out quickly; after showing the trees and bushes I wanted removed, I received a bid and was very pleased with the price. The crew was then scheduled and they were here on the dot when they said they would be. It was a well orchestrated production and they had the trees/bushes cut, removed, chipped, ground and on their way in no time. From the day the work was done, neighbors continue to stop by complimenting on how nice it looks! I couldn't be more pleased from start to finish! Don't waste your time with other companies, go straight to Skyline as you won't be disappointed!

I am having trouble trying to explain how great this company is. Picked them because of comments I…read moreread on the Nextdoor app, and couldn't be happier with my selection. Casey, the owner, promptly responded to come out to look at our property and give us an estimate. We needed a lot of very tall pine trees dead branches trimmed , as well as very thick ivy infestation on one of them. Casey is a very knowledgeable arborist, and was able to give us a thorough plan of action. His crew showed up exactly on time the day of scheduled service, and they were very professional. They reviewed the plans with us, and constantly asked if we were satisfied with the work and whether or not we wanted any additional trimming needed. Very polite, professional, and friendly crew. Well, we initially asked them to keep some of the ivy on the one pine tree, for privacy reasons, but the next day, decided it looked too bad and we should have had them trim all of it away. So I contacted them requesting they come back sometime to trim all of it regardless of cost. Of course Casey responded promptly again, and stated they would come back and do it with no extra charge, and asked to remind him the following week. Just reminded him, and he responded it is on there calendar to be done asap. Great value, professionalism, honesty, expertise, and responsiveness. Just can't say enough about this company, and I hope that more and more people will give them a try.
