Calling into their office they actually doubled down that the tech they sent out was looking for it for a full 3 HOURS before calling someone to ask about where the location might be?! YEA RIGHT In the same sentence they admitted "he should've called someone earlier" but are still trying to charge us hundreds more since he had to go back. This is the kind of small, rural location company that takes advantage of people due to the lack of other options. Don't be surprised when they tack on additional fees and fuel surcharges because "it took more time" or "they couldn't find it" - this is bordering on fraud.
