HOWEVER, several weeks later I call and they come out but a different plumber than the first work done. He quotes me $707 for what should be just a Moen shower faucet cartridge and labor to install. He said entire shower assembly needed to be replaced along with the trim kit in the shower. And his quote included $56 for going into crawl space to turn water off and on again! I called the mgmt/owner and was told she would look at the quote and get back to me the next day via email. She did and basically said "it is what it is", and that this project "...may not be a good fit". What in the world does "this project may not be a good fit" mean? That certainly doesn't exude confidence in the company your trying to do business with. After telling them they lost this business and any future business, I called another company and had the work performed for $165. You do the math and decide who you want to do business with.

However, obviously, 2 p.m. must be considered "night time" to these guys. I strongly advise against recommending this company to anyone. In my opinion, they are quite possibly the worst plumbing company I have ever encountered. The guy with whom I spoke on the phone was extremely rude, verbally aggressive, and inappropriate. Once I told him that I would like to do my business with them, he said, "Yeah, you would not have been satisfied by us anyway." He never offered to reschedule, and there was no apology. He's just insanely rude. Also, they falsely accused us of not being at home, which was not the case. They had my phone number, and they definitely should have called me. However, no phone call was made to me about this scheduled appointment. You guys did NOT ring the doorbell for 20 minutes. What a joke. You left the house 5 minutes after your arrival, and it was recorded by my security camera. You need to stop making a false statement and be honest for God's sake. I called and he came the next day and fixed the Jerry-rigged leaking mess under the kitchen sink and showed me what had been done that caused the problems. The bill was very reasonable, he was great to work with. One of the things he stressed was that he stands behind his work and if I were unhappy with anything all I just need to let him know. After that I gave him a list of all the other problems that needed fixing All got done within a very reasonable amount of time.
