Chris was quick to come out and give me a fair bid on the job. The estimate was very thorough and included all labor and parts with breakdown of pricing. The total work of replacement was about 2 1/2 days. The warranty for work and parts is more than fair. As I already said, this happened about 2 days before Christmas, and our family was at max levels of stress during this time. Chris was willing to be flexible with my payment schedule, and he was always available to answer my phone call and answer any questions for me during this stressful time.

I had electricians, a contractor, water treatment people out to open our place up in the dead of winter after a major winter storm. I was desperate. My husband was extremely ill and was being treated at Kootenai Hospital with a serious illness. After many issues with the cabin and me crying on the phone trying to explain what we were going through, Fred's Plumbing owner and crew said, "Don't worry we will get your place open"...and they did! They put in a handicapped shower and a new toilet in record time. They even helped me down 29 steps to my home with a load from Costco to get ready for my husband's homecoming. The gal in the office said incredibly comforting words for us during that stressful time. When people show up during those times it's humbling. I will never forget what Fred's plumbing did for us. While we didn't do the projects right away, we were able to call and request Michael for service as soon as we were ready to complete them. He had the shower plumbing completed within an hour and he replaced both toilets at what seemed like lightning speed with zero mess! Not to mention, he was extremely personable and made us feel confident that he was the guy to the job. I would absolutely recommend these guys for all your plumbing and septic needs! I wound up contacting a different heating and cooling company to fix problems due to faulty installation. I did my best to get along with him, but he was arrogant and short-tempered. That was quite a few years ago and there's a good possibility he doesn't work for RDI, but I kind of think he does.
