He was so personable and considerate about how he did the work, how he cleaned up afterwards, and helping me out with understanding the water situation here since I was new in town. Fast forward to today. I was really struggling with how hard the water is here (my hands were cracking and it isn't winter yet!). Because of limited space at my home to install a water softener/filter system, I found a system that worked well for my space but it would require some routing of pipes, etc. to make things work. Ryan sent Jesse to take care of the job, and Jesse was great, too! It ended up being more work than anticipated and he was great about letting me know everything it would entail. He was also very conscientious and knowledgeable. He was very friendly and patient while we spent the time figuring out the best placement for the system. And he went above and beyond to write down the instructions I'll need to maintain my filter replacements in a year (and even going so far as to label my valves so I can follow the instructions easily, and the labels for the filters so I don't get them mixed up a year from now). Ineffective Service, Exorbitant Charge for Nothing, and Management Ignores Customers…read more I regret calling Raptor Rooter & Plumbing LLC for a serious plumbing issue in mid-November 2025. Water was backing up from a basement floor drain in my South Hill Spokane home, creating a messy and urgent situation. Technician Brandon arrived and, after I described the recurring problem in detail, tested the drain by running water. He then briefly ran a cable snake only about 2 feet into the drain and stopped. He provided no diagnosis, no explanation for the backup, and admitted he didn't have a camera scope on hand--which likely would have revealed the root cause. After roughly 45 minutes, he left without resolving anything. I was shocked to be billed $462 for this unproductive visit. Hoping for some accountability, I left a message two days later for General Manager Chris, asking him to call me about Brandon's service. It's now January 7, 2026--nearly two months later--and Chris has never bothered to return my call, showing a complete lack of integrity or concern for customer satisfaction. Fortunately, I found a reputable plumbing company in the area. Their general manager and team were responsive, thorough, and fixed the problem permanently. Raptor Rooter's work was inadequate, their follow-through appalling, and their overall integrity horrendous. Save yourself the frustration and money--I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU CHOOSE ANYONE ELSE for work beyond attaching a garden hose.
