Plumb zebra is great just look at the "unrecommended" reviews that Yelp seems to think are not valid but are all from legit customers. I don't understand the algorithm, but to have 100% of the reviews be removed from here is nuts! It's like you have to pay Yelp to be able to keep your reviews. I heard there was a law suit against them for this very thing. They hold peoples reviews hostage or better yet for ransom. I'm really interested to see how long this review stays up. Will it be a week before it gets "unreccomended" or will they take it down tonight? I'm wondering if I make the review really really long if it will seem legit. I admit this isn't actually a legit review, more of an experiment. But all the other ones are from really great people. It's kinda fun though trying to think of things to say because I'm just making things up to make the review longer. I wonder if we need a sign that says please don't leave a review on Yelp unless it's 10 paragraphs long. At this point the Yelp app says my review is pretty epic, will see if the algorithm thinks so too! I'm guessing not likely... anyways Plumb Zebra is a great bunch of guys and Gals. They are pretty reasonable priced and suitable to get to plumbing ermergencies done the same day. Well I'm going to bring this fake review to a conclusion, we'll see if it shows up or not. Hopefully someone at Yelp reads it.... but seriously though why take away almost 20 five star reviews away from a company that has been busting there butt for 2 years. Since buying an older house I've gone through 4 different plumbers in 2 years. Had another mainline back up last night that needed fixing ASAP. We were recommended Plumb Zebra along with a few other local plumbers and I picked them out of the hat and I don't regret it one bit. Cole came out this morning and took care of business, but not just the straight forward stuff. He is incredibly thorough and discovered a secondary problem that could not only have been a source of my initial problem (along with the now destroyed root growth in my mainline) but could have potentially cost me thousands in repairs down the road should things continue not going my way. I've had add a fair amount of work done by Cole or people directly supervised by him. He's installed a Navien tankless water heater, installed a new AC and heater, and done various other jobs. It's always been great work at a responsible price. He's extremely knowledgeable, and was always able to provide excellent recommendations and technical justifications for his recommendations. I've been doing business with Plumb Zebra for about 3 years now. As the maintenance coordinator for a large property management company I get between 30-40 plumbing work orders every month. They are absolutely my first call for everything from toilets that won't flush, to water pouring from a ceiling and all stops in between. When I contact tenants for feedback, it's always positive. My mom has had poor water pressure caused by the city and contracted company that got rocks in her line preventing adequate water pressure. The technicians at plumb zebra were able to diagnose and fix the problem, AND went above and beyond to take photos for proof of fault for the contracted company's insurance.
