I went to the Verizon store on Regal on the South Hill in Spokane with a complicated problem related to both of my email accounts. I had worked on resolving my problem for 3 days using AI, to no resolution. Don listened to my issues, sympathized and started problem solving. Then, he brought Joe into the problem solving. I had actually purchased my phone from Joe and knew he had navigations in his brain that I never will. Joe and Don solved my tangled-up email problems with knowledge, humor, and goodwill. I am so grateful to both of them. When I got home, I switched from my phone to my laptop. All of the problem solving transferred perfectly to my laptop device. My boyfriend and I came in to put me on his account and get me a new phone. Tatiana (I think that was her name, she has black hair and and pretty tattoos down her hands) was awesome! She did everything she could so I was walking out with the phone I want and for my boyfriend to get his new watch he ordered that was oddly pending for pick up. This is an awful store. I was told by an online Verizon tech that there was a defect with my phone that won't reliably make or answer calls and that I could swap it out at the store. The employee and manager told me to update my software and if they couldn't replicate the issue, I was out of luck! AVOID Verizon- they don't believe in customer service! read more

I visited the N Division store after having issues with the SIM on my iPhone 11. I had previously visited the location in Deer Park and had HORRIBLE service- rude, and extremely unhelpful. I was so relieved when I got incredible service at the N division location. Not only did they resolve my SIM problem they assisted with getting me set with a better wireless situation for my work computer. Today i drove to this store as my phone would not charge. The gal nicely greeted me outside. i told her the problem. She went in and checked my cords. Came out and said one was dead, other worked fine on her phone to charge it. She gave the phone to a fellow employee to check out. He came out and said it isn't working. He said he even blew it out with a machine. The gal told me a new phone initially was $200.00. Then she checked and said $500.00. Other details merged. I left and went home. Decided to check other Verizon store. Went to the Shadle one and it was great. Tre said charger was out but a wireless would work. He set me up. He was very cordial, patient and knowledgeable. I was very please with the latter service and thoroughness. Much better than Division St. Office. read more

Sold us a promo iPhone that was not part of the promo despite the salesperson saying it was. $25 a month more on my bill. Oh well. Sold my mom a hum that doesn't work in her state despite knowing what state she lived in Spent 8 hours total in calls and store visits to get that resolved. Not resolved by THIS store. Finally got my money back from the national team. Seriously Then....they forgot to mark my moms trade in and I have now spent 4 hours trying to resolve that. Back on the national line as Bryce (rather rude) told me to call them and have them call him. Are you serious? You have a computer glitch and I have to spend hours on the phone to fix it???? Of course, Bryce (one of the managers) hung up when I told him he was being rude and I wanted his managers phone number. Bought 3 phones, tiles, and a faulty hum. Kudos to Nicole, the floating manager who helped me set up my wife's phone on Monday, 12/9. There were glitches with data transfer from the old Samsung to the new iPhone, but Nicole continued to problem solve my issues while simultaneously helping other customers and answering questions from staff. Granted, my visit took a lot longer than I had anticipated, but I never felt ignored or neglected. And I must add that I had originally purchased the phone at Costco. My family and I ended up switching to AT&T service because our coverage with Verizon seemed to get worse and worse and we found out AT&T's coverage area was great. Along with the bad cell service, the price of our plan kept increasing even when nothing had changed to our plan. So after the switch I made sure we would be able to make payments to close out our Verizon account with any left over fees due in agreement with customer service rep. at the Verizon store. Two weeks later Verizon charges my account in which they weren't supposed to have access to anymore (I turned off autopay) with $1376.43 making my account over drafted. Even after my husband and I called they said there was nothing they could do and it was what we owed and now it's paid. Do not recommend anyone to use Verizon services, they're not helpful, have rude customer service, and don't follow through on what is discussed. read more

Rude, condescending sales "men" who couldn't care less about customer service. I have a new phone that the email wasn't working. Of course, they blew me off and insisted it was MY computer/gmail. Worst customer service I've ever experienced when upgrading my phone. I wanted help setting up my new phone but was sent on my way telling me it's as easy as turning the phone on and it will prompt me in everything I need. I turned the phone on and I went into a loop of not working. I returned to the store within minutes and was informed I would need to wait an hour and a half for assistance I stated I was just here moments ago I need assistance I'm now without a phone neither phone works. The young lady checking people in stated she was one of 2 managers on and that she would take my number check me in and that the wait would be an hour and a half. I said I don't have an hour and a half that I would be willing to wait 15 minutes as I was one of the first customers when their doors opened and I have not been helped to anyone's satisfaction. She became a loop saying give me your number and it would be about an hour and a half. I waited 15 minutes I informed her to remove my name from the list and that I would write this review. She "Smuggly" stated ok thank you have a nice day " I would never use or recommend this location to anyone I know. read more

The BEST SERVICE I have EVER HAD at any Verizon! I think Jerry was the name of the man who assisted us and if I am wrong I am so sorry - I am so bad with names! I went in to the store on 02.16.20 at like 5PM (& I went in again today to ask a question that I forgot to ask the other night and he totally remembered me and checked in with me to make sure everything was alright! How cool!!). I went in to just purchase an apple watch but ended up leaving with an upgraded phone, apple watch and a gizmo watch for my daughter! Not only was this rep (Jerry?) super knowledgeable, working with me to stay within my budget, and very very very patient but he also interacted with my daughter so she was entertained while we were there, and assisted my fiancé with all of his questions - putting all of the Verizon jargon into simple terms that we were able to relate to and understand. The entire staff that night in that store were beyond amazing and it truly is the best experience I have ever had with Verizon. I highly highly highly recommend any Verizon customers go to this store only!! It will save you from future headaches!!! Thank you to the entire Verizon staff at the Division store! Do yourself a favor: buy your new phone on line or anywhere else but the north Division Verizon store next to the old Northwest Bedding. There is no such thing as service at this store. What there is, is a complete unwillingness to do anything but try to up-sell a bunch of stuff you don't want. And once they've made the sale, you are on your own! No help with anything. They won't help you transfer contacts, put your screen protector on, NOTHING. As soon as my contract is up in December I'm out. I won't buy anything from them ever again. read more

I walked into this store because it was advised to by a Tech from the warranty team. I was sent in to exchange my brand new phone because it had a defective battery. I explained exactly that to the person at the front who is supposed to check customers in. He took my phone and proceeded to tell me I had to uninstall an app and my battery would be fine. I explained that the Tech checked my phone and it had nothing to do with said app. The phone didnt have that app for the first few days I had the phone and the battery was dying almost 3 times in a 24 hour period. The tech verified this. He then decided to argue with me and tell me I was wrong. As if I was making it up. He didn't offer to help me what so ever. He just wanted to continue to tell me "I"was wrong. If he had offered to check me in, like he's supposed too, he would have see the notes on my account left by the Tech. The notes that explained that I just happened to be unfortunate enough to get a new phone with a bad battery. The notes that I was told to go in and exchange it because I was still in my warranty period. He had upset me so much, that instead of causing a scene, I took my phone from him and walked out. I regret not taking his name. I was very kind and calm, but yet he treated me as if I was there acting horrible. I was just there to change out the phone. I didn't have a problem and I wasn't angry that I had a bad battery. I understand that sometimes things just happen. I have bought thousands of dollars of phones from this location over the last 10 years, but after this, I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I went to 2 other stores and both of the gentlemen who helped me were awesome. Ben, at the store off Hamilton, was so kind, but explained he couldn't exchange it due to their inventory. He said if I returned it back at that other store then he would gladly give me a new one. I told him I didn't feel comfortable going back there and I thanked him for his kindness. The next store , on Regal, was a pleasant experience. He asked what I was there for, I explained what the Tech said, and he quickly and gladly helped exchange my phone. Chose Verizon for my home internet and home router via the phone. When I went in to pick up my router I was told there was an activation fee of $40, which I was not informed of over the phone. When I told the rep at the store I had been shopping around for the best deal and that I'd like the $40 waived, he said he would go ask the manager. Brent, the store manager chose not to waive my fee. I was still going to proceed with keeping Verizon even though I was very frustrated and clearly disappointed in the service. Brent looked at me several different times, knew I was not a happy customer and chose not to do anything about it. Instead, he just chose to roam the store and not make any effort to help my experience any better. So, after seeing the 2 year contract I had to sign for my router, or pay $200, I walked out of the store a very unhappy customer. You get my business Net Zero!! read more

Was in Spokane over the weekend, and my Samsung Galaxy S III, screen went out. Saturday morning we went into the store, Jon, helped me out. Luckily it is still under warranty. Jon answered so many of my questions, and then ordered me another phone. Today Monday around 11:00 am my new phone was delivered! Excellent service!
