If I could give zero stars, I would. Called last Friday about a phone screen repair - was told they…read morecould fix it that day for $155. We live on the South Hill and it was quite a drive, but dude said he could fix it that day and I needed it for work on Monday, so we drove out. Waited 45 mins just for him to tell me he couldn't have it fixed until Tuesday (which is what places closer to us quoted - for a lower cost). If we had known, we wouldn't have driven out and would have gone with someone closer (and cheaper). It was finally fixed this afternoon (Tuesday December 2nd) and they ended up charging us more - $168.95 due to "sales tax". I'm tempted to call my bank and have them adjust it. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION…read more Brought my husband's iPhone SE 2020 in for a screen replacement. The repair took longer than quoted, and parts were missing. When we left, the home button and speaker--both fully functional before--were broken. He took our info, and promised a call that never came. After two days with no update, I returned. The same technician refused to help, was dismissive, and took no responsibility. No apology, and no effort to fix problems they clearly caused. Prices seemed arbitrary and inconsistent. Two weeks later and still no call. We took it in to a different cell phone repair place and they told me that the reason that my speaker and home button no longer worked was because those components are attached the back of the screen on that generation of phone and removing it as carelessly as he did (with scissors) would guarantee that those wouldn't function when placed back together and a fun fact to boot: he actually took my OEM home button that HE broke and replaced it with a none OEM part and THAT is why there is always a white home button on my screen that will never leave because that's what happens when you don't replace it with an apple part. That is theft and when we went in and asked him about that he told us we needed to reset up the fingerprint and it will be fine. So the "technician" broke my phone even more so, broke and then stole my original apple hone button and then never said a word about it then lied when asked about it. ALSO: Checking google reviews, most positive ones look fake or from friends, with consistent patterns of negative, similar experiences from real customers. Our phone went in with a cracked screen and came out with multiple new issues, which the business refused to resolve. Strongly advise others to avoid this shop--there's a real risk of further damage and zero accountability. I plan to report them to consumer protection agencies and leave reviews on all platforms to warn others.

They will offer no refunds even if the product was defective when you bought it, and they say over the phone they can refund it when you bring it in. If I could leave "zero stars" I would…read more Let me provide you with an explanation (so you don't make the same mistake I did). It's a long one. So buckle up. My iPhone went through some water damage in early January. Frantically I searched for a place to fix it as I didn't necessarily want to go straight to the Apple Store (my first mistake). I saw this place had decent reviews, so I settled on them. Immediately they shipped my phone out to their repair store without giving me any gauge of when it might be done. They literally said "It's hard for us to tell." I went in a couple days later, but was still provided with the unsatisfactory answer of "It's hard for us to tell.". About a week later, with absolutely NO communication whatsoever from them, I found myself driving down there to see if they still knew I existed. Finally, I got a reluctant "2-3 week" range out of them. So, I waited 2-3 weeks. Here's what got me: During this time period I received no emails, no calls (due to the long repair time I activated an old phone), no word on anything. As far as I knew, my phone could have been in some rural, isolated town located in the bitter Russian tundra undergoing tests to check if it was radioactive or not. (Side note, I had already paid them $40 out of my pocket as a deposit on my phone. You'd think that as a paying customer, one would receive better service. OR AT LEAST AN EMAIL OR PHONE CALL UPDATING ME WITH THE STATUS OF MY PHONE.) Towards the end of this waiting period, I received a call from their Boise office asking what my passcode was so some tests could be run. (At least I knew my phone was in Boise now and not Russia). I asked them when I could pick up my phone and they said "Oh. Probably within the next 2-3 days. We'll have the Spokane location call you when they receive it." I WAITED ANOTHER 2 WEEKS. NO CALL. NO EMAIL. NOTHING. When my schedule allowed me to (I'm a full time student with 3 jobs), I made my way to the place I was beginning to associate as my own personal hell and (surprise surprise) my phone was nowhere to be found. The employee working looked up my case file and, with a mildly confused look on his face and an unsympathetic tone voice, said "It should be here." ... It SHOULD be here?! *sigh* He told me he would "Call the warehouse right away and get back to me asap." (How comical) ANOTHER 3 DAYS GO BY. I'm beginning to accept the fact that my phone had been shipped to North Korea and is now somehow being used as means to hack into the American stock market in order to crash the national economy. But, by some miraculous divine hand, I got a call (FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER), that my iPhone was back. It was FINALLY delivered to me mostly fixed (they couldn't fix the rear facing camera or the flash). I inquired why this had taken so long and got the reply "I think the warehouse was backed up." I asked for a discount at the final checkout due to the ANNOYINGLY LONG PROCESS and the teller gave me a measly 5% off that didn't even cover taxes. To top this all off, my iPhone worked for 2 days and now isn't turning on. Now, I'm not blaming them for not being able to fix my phone. I take full responsibility for the water damage as that was of my own doing. HOWEVER, the sheer utter lack of management, customer service, and communication in this business is disgusting. As a studying business minor, I now fully understand the importance of communicating with your paying customers because I'm absolutely livid. So. Moral of the story? Do yourself a favor: do not, I repeat, DO NOT bring your broken electronics here. Also, I got asked "If I had a boyfriend" by the kid who took my phone when I originally brought it in. Word to the wise kid: when you're working in a business where angry/annoyed/frustrated/sad people bring you their broken phones to fix, don't hit on them. Honestly, just avoid hitting on your paying customers. Especially if they're obviously NOT interested. Not only does it make them feel super uncomfortable, it makes you look hella desperate.
